In town for golf Only 5 minutes from Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, National Golf Links of America, and Sebonack Golf Club.

With an open floor plan for gathering and entertaining, you can warm up with the huge gas fireplace in the heart of the home. Open the double sets of French doors to the private deck with large sectional sofa and patio with cushioned dining set. Enjoy open air living while listening to Sonos sound system inside and out. Play some games with friends in the den off the main living space. Lounge by the new heated gunite pool (with removable safety fence- great for kids!) and 8 new lounge chairs, sectional sofa in the professionally landscaped backyard with new sod and beautiful landscape lighting. Kick back with a drink from the kitchenette in the pool house. Let the kids enjoy the private play area with a swing-set and slide. Enjoy a soak in the new hot tub all year round! The host requires information about the guests and a Rental Agreement to be signed at the time of reservation.

Hot tub open all year! Pool open in summer Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The house has a security system and a video door bell (Wyze) which includes surveillance of the exterior only. (There is no video or audio surveillance of the inside of the home whatsoever.)

Winter weather advisory: if snow removal is required, guests agreed that the guest shall be responsible for removal. Landlord may provide shovel upon request.

You acknowledge that Duration shall not be considered less than 2 weeks per local ordinances.

You acknowledge that sometimes things happen and a partial refund might be in order. However, the refund will only be considered for the loss of essential items for the full duration of your stay as defined similarly by HUD which include, heat, potable water, and electricity. (heat is electric, water is well, and there is no generator) Refunds for partial losses of essentials or losses for amenities will not be considered.
