Wonderful Waterviews and Spectacular Sunsets at this Pt. Judith Summer Home

Loved the view from the back deck.

This year was the third in a row that we've spent a week at Dawn's place and it was every bit as enjoyable as the first -- maybe even more so. Everything was immaculate and in fine working order, including the kitchen stocked with new or next-to-new appliances. The location can't be beat -- just a mile from a great state beach (Scarborough), and at the end of the day we watched the sun set over the salt water pond beyond the deck. Plenty of good-to-superb restaurants nearby, too.

The house was great for our needs. Kitchen well equipped. No problem with technology or WiFi as my son was working part of the time. The deck was beautiful.Our only issues were items in the refrigerator that somehow froze (strawberries, carrots, almond milk) and, my son stating in the interior first floor bedroom was awoken every morning between 6:30 and 7:00.The location and the beaches were great.

We have done a multi-generation vacation (ages 84-8) in Narragansett for many years and enjoy trying different beach houses. This home had one of the best decks with a water view that we have ever stayed at. We loved BBQing dinner, having morning coffee and playing games on the beautiful deck. We had a great week, thank you! The owner was responsive and kind too! :)

Location is a big plus, close to shopping and beaches. View of sunsets over pond from upper level was beautiful. Bathrooms and showers are very small. One bedroom adjoined another apartment and we were generally awakened at 6:00am. Other than that everything was as was outlined in the listing.

This was a great location to enjoy everything South County has to offer. The back deck was perfect for amazing sunsets. We had a great stay!

After staying here in 2023 we happily returned in 2024. We love its quiet neighborhood, immaculate condition, up-to-date appliances and furnishings, and private backyard and deck with awesome views of sunset over a salt water pond.Up- and downstairs AC was wonderful during a couple of warm nights. Beaches begin no more than a five-minute car ride away, with several more within 20 minutes. The owner has really done a great job creating a comfortable, immaculate place to use for enjoying the best of Rhode Island.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this beach house. The house is ideally located near beaches and places to eat.
