Wonderful Waterfront Family House w/Ocean Views, Free WiFi, Central AC, W/D

Super great place to stay, lots of parking. Unfortunately, with the erosion, you could not see people on the beach or anybody swimming. No fault of the owners, though, and i've already booked it for next year.

The house was great but somethings could be improved. The kitchen amenities list needs to be updated to reflect the updated items like the crockpot and air fryer etc. We wish that there was more plastic dinner ware for kids. The description included 2 sofa beds, but both were unable to be used due to the heavy trunk in the way of one sofa and if the other sofa bed was out it would block the sliding glass door. Also we wished that were non skid pieces under the couches because it was frustrating that it would slide all over. We really enjoyed all the seating area at both decks and the lay outs of all the rooms. We did not expect the shower head in the bathroom on the right to be so short and wished that it was taller. It would have been nice to have a TV in each room, as opposed to only one room. We also appreciated how clean the whole house was when we got there. The rope in the garage to stop the car was awesome. We had a great experience at this house!

Nice little house that needs just a little updating to make it perfect. The very few issues didn't at all take away from our trip. We had 6 beds, a kitchen, a gathering space, washer/dryer, etc (there were some tvs but we didn't use them much)...everything we needed. But the real gem is the LOCATION and the view!! You cannot beat sitting on your deck enjoying the ocean or having it just steps from your back deck. We also had fun playing ping pong! Great response for the few questions we had while there. We had a wonderful vacation!!!

This house is in a great location and the pictures represent it very well. While it is a bit dated, the house is well equipped and stocked with everything we need. The beds were extremely comfortable, internet worked great, and there was plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the ocean view. That said, one of the bedrooms with a queen bed was unusable due to a terrible cat urine/litter box odor. The rental company came back on the day we checked in to spray odor eliminator in the room to remove the smell, but it did not help. The odor was so strong, we were unable to use that bedroom all week and, even with the doors closed, the odor was noticeable in the living area, one bathroom, and even a bit in the second bedroom on that side of the house. If your group needs all four bedrooms, I'd recommend looking for a different property until this issue is resolved.

Our 2nd time to Holden Beach, and had the good fortune to book this lovely Oceanside home this time 'round. House is clean, well appointed and steps right out onto the beach. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

Great house and great location. Enough room with some to spare for the seven of us. Well thought out parking, grill, and to die-for covered porch with old fashioned rockers. We all sat out there chatting, and listening to the waves. Short walk on boardwalk to the dune separating us from the magnificent beach. The kitchen island was a great place for meals done in a well appointed kitchen. Beds were comfy and the Jack and Jill bathrooms between the pairs of bedrooms were clean and orderly. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Only downside was the management staff wasn't quick to respond to one issue, but it did get resolved.

The house was clean, my bed was comfortable, beautiful view and short walk to the beach.

The house was perfect for our trip. There was just enough room. The kitchen was small so people couldn't help out with cooking but it worked okay. It was perfectly placed with a short walk to the pier. We would definitely stay again on years we come with a small crew!

We had a great week at the Best Hall Around. It's a comfortable home with private beach access and a covered porch with ocean view. The bathrooms are a little tight and the house isn't large, but it was great for our family of 5. We would stay here again.

Loved that it was so close to the beach! Loved that it was well-stocked with anything you need in the kitchen. Only wish there was at least one empty cabinet to put our own meal supplies in.
