Wonderful place to relax and enjoy some fun away from home!

We had a wonderful time. Kitchen is FULLY stocked and the layout is amazing for two families. Pool is very warm and a perfect size for all to enjoy. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to returning.

House is well equipped. Host is very responsive. Love the heated pool and watching all animals at the pond.

We really enjoyed our stay - house was large enough for friends and family. The pool was very clean and we couldn’t keep our grandsons out of it. Anne and Alex are great hosts - very responsive to text messages to help us through the gatehouse process.

We had a wonderful time! The house is clean and contains all necessary amenities – very well stocked! Hosts are very accommodating, answering any question that we had promptly and followed up with us to make sure all was fine. We enjoyed watching all of the turtles, ducks and darters in the pond. Would definitely stay here again!

We certainly enjoyed our stay in Anne and Alex's Naples home in the beautiful Briarwood neighborhood. This family outing consisted of 4 adults and 3 kids and we were very comfortable in this exceptionally clean 4 bedroom home. It's conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, etc... If you like the beach (Loudermilk) it is less than 15 min away. The pool is awesome and was kept at a nice, warm temperature especially during the cooler weather we experienced on our visit. Anne and Alex were great at answering any question we might have. The house was stocked as well as any place we've ever stayed and we been coming to Naples for the past 16+ years. When we arrived, we were greeted with a complementary bottle of wine and some snacks, which were quite welcome after a long day traveling. The house is bright and airy. We found everything we needed to just begin our vacation. We found the owners to be kind and attentive. We love the location. The only disappointment is that it wasn’t available for us in 2024 but we went ahead and rented it for 2025. That’s how good it is. The pool and lanai area are spectacular. We swam every day. The teenagers got plenty of sun! Great house! We highly recommend it!

This home is updated, clean and very well equipped in every way. Beds comfortable and plenty of towels and linens for all guests. The pool is heated with no additional charge. Central location. The lake view is an added bonus. Anne our host was very attentive to all our needs. Would definitely return.

Anne and Alex were fabulous hosts for our stay in their home in Briarwood. The accommodations were perfect - extremely clean, spacious, and the lanai and pool area were great with plenty of seating for guests. Our hosts were very personable and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this home and would stay here again if we travel to Naples in the future.

Unfortunately the pool heater was not functioning and the pool was too cold to use. This problem greatly took away from our relaxation and enjoyment of our vacation. We contacted the owners on the second day and they took until the tenth day of our eleven day stay to fix the problem. We requested money back since we had paid extra for this property to have a heated pool. We could not agree on an acceptable amount for the non functioning heater. 10/11 days to fix the problem was unfair. One toilet ran constantly (we avoided using it) one shower did not drain well. This was a nice location, a nice neighborhood however this home is in need of some tlc/maintenance. For the amount charged for this home, The owners would benefit to occasionally check for non-functioning/faulty items prior to renting. The home was well stocked with towels, dishes, and extras. I could have supplied many of those items myself, but I could not supply heat for the pool.
