Wonderful Home with Heated Pool near Beaches and Shamrock Park free wifi

The ferry pass was a real plus spent several days on that beach. Very comfortable home. Jason had lots of extras available sunscreen sunglasses shampoos toothbrushes anything you might of forgot. Well stocked kitchen for spices and condiments. Even beach necessities in the garage along with bicycle s. Perfect place for a family. Would recommend to anyone especially if flying in and can’t take all these extras on a plane. Loved the heated and very private pool!

This house was perfect for us. We loved it! Great location, fenced in yard for our dog, close to beaches and a great park. The pool and outdoor area are wonderful and the house is comfortable with all amenities we needed. Jason is an excellent host with a fabulous sense of humor and very knowledgeable. He responded quickly to our questions.

Great house! Loved the bikes and one had a trailer which was perfect to get the kids to the park. Pool was plenty warm in December!

We appreciated that Jason was very helpful and welcoming, and kept in touch during our stay. The house is fully equipped and very comfortable. The location was ideal for us, being close to the park and a short drive to other amenities.

We had a wonderful time. Pool was relaxing and refreshing. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were close to great beaches, shopping, restaurants, the park and other activities. The owner was super nice, we had great communication with him. He checked on us during our stay.We didn’t use them but there were tons of great bikes. He had sand shifters for looking for sharks teeth.

Property location was excellent. Two minute bike ride to the park and close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Probably the best location in my opinion of anywhere we've stayed. My youngest son stayed in the pool whenever we were at the house. The host has basically anything you need at the property which was really nice.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was great, perfect for our family of 4, it was close to all the beaches and food! The neighborhood was very peaceful. The communication with the host was great! We had zero issues! We will be booking here again!

Very comfortable home in a terrific location. You can easily take day trips to Sarasota, Bradenton, Ft. Myers, Sanibel Island, it's all so easy to do from Venice. And make sure you explore Venice too! (I highly recommend Scoops in town for ice cream.) From the cozy beds, to your own private pool, this home is so much better than a hotel hands down!! We've been here before and always look forward to an opportunity to stay at this home again. The owner Jason always makes us feel so welcomed and appreciated, and his communication is first rate.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The location and neighborhood was quiet, friendly, safe and a quick drive to anything we needed. The pool was amazing and the home was cozy and had everything needed to make us feel at home.We hope to book there again. Thank you, Jason!

Nice house, wonderful pool. Easy to get around Venice.

Stayed 6 nights and everything was perfect for us. Close so several nice beaches, and Shamrock park. We used the poolarea every day. 5 stars from Copenhagen, Denmark.
