Wonderful Home in Central Sioux Falls

Very quaint house. Everything that we needed. Good location central. Clean and quiet.

The house was very quiet and convenient. It was nice to have a warm place with such a cold weekend.

We were pleased with the nice home, it was clean, had plenty of room, lots of towels and bedding, and the kitchen was well supplied. I loved the master suite! The grandkids loved the building cushions downstairs and had a blast with those. A few areas that could use improvement : the front door was not well sealed and very drafty when it got cold and snowy, the garbage bins were already full when we got there and there was not room for more, the master suite bathroom has a toilet roll holder that would not stay together, and one of the taller bench chairs has loose boards. At first, the location was a little hard to find, but it became easier. Overall, and very nice place!

The host was welcoming, the home was cozy and clean.

Great short stay with our pup on our way through Sioux Falls. Property had lots of comfortable spaces, fenced yard was a big plus, and it was nice to be able to walk to the Augustana University campus. Communication was friendly and proactive throughout.

Beautiful house! Had plenty of space for all 7 of us with extra room. 10-15 minutes from literally anywhere we wanted to go. Clean. Cozy. Accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Zero complaints.

Cozy, comfortable and clean as a whistle!! The owner has thought of everything... plenty of clean towels, comfy beds, great showers, and a well-stocked kitchen. It fit the needs of our family perfectly for a long weekend while we attended a family reunion.

Nice property two blocks off of Minnesota Ave. Made getting to anything we wanted in Sioux Falls very easy.;

We had a great experience during our stay. The home was just right for us, we were able to enjoy time with family following our Aunt's memorial service and the location was perfect.

Worked in Sioux Falls all week, wanted space and accommodations other than a hotel room.

We were able to meet close friends that we haven’t seen. AC struggled a little to keep up but over all good experience and meeting place!!

This house was in a handy location and exactly as listed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the backyard was great for our dog. The master bedroom is spacious.

This place worked so well for us last year when we were in town for a softball tournament we immediately searched for it again this year. Good location, nice place and layout worked well for a couple of girls and their moms!

Clean property with nice amenities. Exactly what we needed and perfect for the kids. The kitchen was nicely stocked with basics. Plenty of space and nice fenced in backyard area. Check in was very smooth and very reasonable checkout expectations.

Very convenient and close to all ammenities. The only complaint was we had to provide our own body wash and shampoo. Otherwise a very accomodating stay at a reasonable price.

Perfect place to stay in Sioux Falls. Looked just like pictures, and was perfect for my family to all stay!
