Stayed May 31, 2025Spacious living area, perfect for two families. Beachfront house with amazing views from the porch and even from inside the house. Clean and tidy upon arrival. The only issue was the refrigerator. Rarely felt cool enough to stash perishables safely, and got warmer as the week went on. Other than that, a highly recommended beachfront vacation spot!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Like home away from home! Loved the whole experience at Beach Sparty! Most well equipped home we’ve ever had on all of our vacations. Highly recommend. The private beach access and porch with rocking chairs facing the ocean was absolutely the best!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We liked everything about this house except the beds. The location is perfect, and the house is well laid out and well equipped. The views are great and beach access couldn't be better. Unfortunately the mattresses are terrible, especially the two king mattresses. One of our group had to sleep on the sofa the whole week. They did deliver mattress toppers to us, but the mattresses were too far gone for the toppers to make much difference. I would certainly recommend the house whole-heartedly if the mattresses were replaced.
