Wonderful beachfront home w/private indoor & outdoor pools, WiFi, AC, deck

house is well appointed and well stocked!

I loved the space, being on the beach and indoor and outdoor pool. Lots of parking and lots of space. Our group’s youngest also loved the movie theatre, arcades and having lots of bathrooms, laundry rooms and kitchens.

This is our second time coming down to Virginia Beach. We had a great time this time around too. It was amazing! So peaceful and relaxing.

Our stay for a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip was wonderful. The house was impeccably clean and the location is unbeatable. The pub area was a fan favorite and the games were a hit. The deck on the main floor was the most used place on the whole property and it had such a gorgeous view. We saw dolphins every morning. Unfortunately, the AC did not blow in many of the bedrooms. It was bearable because it was March, but the summer would be worse. Overall, the kitchen was well stocked, but there was no extra toilet paper/paper towels/regular towels which is inconvenient for a house that sleeps so many. We made great memories here and would absolutely consider coming back for another trip!

House was awesome and the bar room was a perfect hangout spot to kickoff March madness

Our group had a fantastic trip. The house is beautiful and right on the beach. Views are incredible. All 13 bedrooms have a bathroom. The kitchen is appointed with every appliance and dish you can need. The dining table can seat 30. Most of us spent a good portion of time in the Pub that has a bar that can accommodate over 20. The home theater connects to multiple streaming services and is a fun way to spend a rainy evening. I highly recommed a stay at the house.

Love the size, decor, location, arcade, theatre, in and outdoor pool, very well stocked kitchen and bar. We were the very first tenant for this property and this is our third time renting this house. Some of the equipments don’t work any more, a few of the arcade games are broken, one stove top burner not working, wall microwave broken. House was not ready at 4pm, we had to wait a couple hours to get in. Floor was dirty, an owner representative stopped by the second day to check if everything was okay, then sent a cleaning lady to clean the floor which we really appreciate. Overall is a great house.

This house is spectacular! All bedrooms are nice sizes and tastefully furnished. The common areas are lovely- plenty of space, very modern double kitchen - was great for our private chef. But some special items that we didn't expect- including sound system that we could link to in several areas; the home theater had excellent sound system to go with the stadium seating and large screen, extra kitchen in bar area and near the home theater. Our family members enjoyed the video games, billiards, darts, and both pools. Also loved the deck- we dined outside most evenings. [We rent tables and chairs just for outside dining.] Probably our best family vacation yet.

I booked this house for our team meeting, and the location was perfect. The house was large enough for us to have space and to meet comfortably. However, there were many features of the listing that were inaccurate. There were arcade games that were not working, the indoor pool was not heated, and when asked if someone would come out to turn it on, they said it was an additional charge, even though the listing states heated indoor pool. The iPads in the house were not functional, so the speakers in the house didn't work. I called, someone did come out and they could not fix it, and they never came back to try to work on the issue. Overall, it was a lovely property; clearly there was no walkthrough before our visit to ensure all things were ready to go and functioning. So it was a letdown.

We spent a week at this lovely home on the beach for a family reunion. We had an 8th month old and toddlers, four couples in their 60’s and lots of young adults. Pool was perfect and the beach view can’t be beat!
