There's plenty of room for everyone in this spacious 4BR/4BA home that sleeps 10! Perfectly situated on a picturesque golf course lot with an expansive back deck and upper and lower screened porches - only a mile from the beach! Unpack your bags and start living on island time! Enjoy relaxing on the porch or grab a bike and ride the short distance to Pelican Beach and watch the dolphins play in the surf.

As you enter the foyer of this 3163 square foot homeyou will immediately feel at home. A large dining room to the left seats 6. Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen with additional table seating for 4-6 and 2 counter barstools. You can take your coffee right outside from the kitchen and enjoy the start of the day on the back deck.

The great room is open and bright with sliding doors to the deck and access to the sun room. There is a very large, comfy sectional sofa just right for sinking into while you watch your favorite shows or read a good book. The first floor master bedroom features a 2 sided fireplace from the great room and sliding doors to the sun room. A King size bed and 55 HDTV, and en suite bath complete all the creature comforts.

Upstairs are 3 over sized guest rooms with en suite baths where everyone will have plenty of room to relax! The 2nd bedroom over the garage is quite large with a queen sized bed, pull out sofa bed and en suite bath. The 3rd bedroom, with a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom on the back of the house with 2 twins and trundles, share a Jack and Jill en suite bath. These rooms also have sliding glass doors leading to a wonderful upper screened porch that is a fun and unique way to expand your outdoor living space.

IMPORTANT: Completion of the Coastal Getaways Rental Agreement is required for all reservations, including bookings made through online travel agencies (VRBO, AirBnB, etc). Reservation confirmation and property access are contingent upon receipt of the signed agreement.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your key to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).

    The home was very clean and nicely furnished, in a quiet neighborhood with a nice view off the pack patio, porch and deck. The beds, chairs, tables and the large sofa in the living room were all great. Overall, it was a very comfortable home. It would have been nice if some toiletries, besides a few bars of soap, were provided, as well as some coffee, some ice in the freezer, and a few more towels. That would have made it on par with other, high-quality homes we've rented in the past.

    Our group of 10 service academy classmates spent a long weekend at Seabrook and enjoyed a comfortable stay at 2873 Hidden Oak. The property met our needs and the common areas served us well for breakfasts and snacks during the day. We called in a minor plumbing issue which was resolved quickly and effectively -- kudos to the rental agency staff who had repair personnel at the property right away! Seabrook was new to all in our group, and we enjoyed the beach, gym, racquet club, and pool. Would definitely recommend for a similar group.

    This place has everything our group of 10 needed! Large common areas, 2 outdoor/porch spaces, loved the upstairs screened porch. Nice to have access to the garage. Plenty of comfortable sleeping spaces. 2 kinds of coffee makers in the kitchen, and lots of good cooking and baking supplies there. Great place would stay again.

    Enjoyed our stay in Seabrook Island and this property that includes amenity cards is key. Great space for family and friends, games, cooking. A short bike or golf cart ride to the beach and pool.

    Great layout, pleased to see the extra refrigerator in the garage, loved the couch iin living room, well equipped kitchen, Alexa concierge service., porches and sunroom, Loved walking everyday and fire rring on the beach at might for s'mores. So peaceful and slower pace. Can't wait to return.

    Rental property met all of our expectations for our daughters graduation. We were able to invite family and friends to stay with us as we celebrated her graduation. Bedrooms were all a good size, property could use updating but for what we needed, it was very good.

    Loved the location tucked away at back of resort. Enjoy seeing wildlife and tranquil views from the property. Freshfields Village had perfect amenities too!
