Withlacoochee Riverfront Retreat A-Frame/Boardwalk/Dock/Hot-Tub

The house was very clean and cool. A/C runs well. Having our own dock to the water with canoe and Kayaks was awesome. We took both out and it was fun. We even had a baby alligator that hung around our dock. We named him Gary the Gator. The hot tub was really nice. We star gazed from there. Very quiet at night. Not so much during the day with neighbor doing leaf blowing and weed whacking but we left during the day.kitchen was fully stocked.

This little place was beautiful and lead out to an amazing view! The home had everything we needed (stove/ oven, fridge, cooking pans & utensils, bbq, towels etc) along with a lot of cute details (beer mugs in the freezer, games all around, dvds, binoculars, books, hammocks). There were also tons of fishing maps and cute fishing stickers around the home. The jacuzzi was also great for evening/ night use when it wasn’t as hot out. This rental is also one of the cleanest we’ve been to, will def be back in the future!

The perfect weekend. We booked for my fiancés graduation and had a little celebration with a couple friends. This was the perfect space for it. Very clean, spacious, homey and fun vibe. Very impressed!

The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, the kayaks and the river in the backyard was amazing. Matt was very responsive and helpful.

Very cozy. Lots of games for everyone to play. We enjoyed darts on the deck. The sunset and sunrise were beautiful. The kayaks were awesome. Great communication from host.

We loved our stay at the Riverfront Retreat! It was quite lovely to see the sunrise on the dock. We loved the riverwalk bridge and all the nature around. The hot tub was really pleasing. The darts and games were fun to play. The interior was clean and cozy. We’d definitely would come back!

We were looking for a place to unplug AND THIS WAS THE PERFECT PLACE!! Our kids cried when it was time to go! They loved the morning and evening trips out to the dock. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! It was a great place and the kitchen had everything we needed! The hot tub was a nice added touch too. We relaxed, played board games, and really unplugged. We fished off the dock and our daughter caught a bass! (We put him back) We saw so much wildlife!! It was exactly what we needed! Thank you so much! Also, we were a close drive to the river and all the popular things to see! Would love to come back! Communication with Matt was superb! He answered every question very quickly! Thank you Matt for a great 3 days stay!!!

It said it sleeps 14. There is only two bunk beds and the rest are uncomfortable air mattresses. The bunk beds sheets had stains on them. Besides that the house is clean. It was a little weird that our water and electric were being ran to an RV next door pretty sure the owner is staying in there. Felt like we were being watched the entire time but the owner is nice.

This place was an outdoor lovers dream! My little family of 5 had the best time. 10 minutes from Rainbow Springs, secluded, close to Homosassa to see the manatees. My kids cried when it was time to leave!

My friend and I had gone through a lot recently and needed a getaway at the springs, this place was really great. The host was responsive and kind, he gave us a ride on his boat.

Great house, super clean and nice, and the river can't be beat!

This house has everything you need. A beautiful sunrise in the morning on the most private dock. This is a nature lovers dream. Watching the wildlife early in the morning was the best. Kayaks are an added bonus! The hot tub was perfect in the evening. Although we didn’t use it, the fire pit on the dock would be awesome to sit by in the evening. Next time!
