Adorable Cottage Next To Rainbow River & Blue Run!

This is a great location for easy access to Blue Run (free access to Rainbow River - about 0.8 miles) or the state park tubing access (about 2.5 miles). The house is very cozy, exquisitely decorated, and very clean. I've taken my small family of four here twice and it really works well for us.The host(s) is very good with communication through the app. And, very accommodating to guests needs. I expect to be back again.

This is the first time in a while that the home itself was better than the photos! We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the ease of communicating with Kelly when we had questions. The hosts genuinely care about guests having a good stay! Everything was clean and fresh, and we had zero issues with any appliances, etc, which is always a relief. Highly recommend if you want to stay near Rainbow Springs.

The place is amazing. Very cool. It has everything that we needed and more. Highly recommend this cottage. We used the kayaks. The launch point is right down the road. Unfortunately a bad thunderstorm hit mid event but it was still fun.

Wonderful cottage close to river access and bike trails. Easy check in. Clean. Would stay again when visiting.

We had such an amazing experience here at your place! Upon arriving, I was a little taken back because it “looked” so small. BUT, as soon as I opened the door, I was blown away by the presentation! The ambience- from the gentle music playing on the television (like a five star hotel), the cleanliness, the decorations, the neutral colors, and most importantly the smell! Oh how lovely! It was more than enough space for our family of three! (even a family of 4) The linen smelled exceptionally clean! I’m a smell person, so this means a lot to me! The small add-ins; cotton balls, Q-tips, extra blankets-that smelled great, shampoo/conditioner, soap, the overall set up was just exceptional. you have done an excellent job with this place. We had one issue with the Internet and Chris was swinging by in no time. Thank you! We will be back and will be recommending your place to friends and family! Thank you!! Wendy

We stayed here for a short weekend to visit family and Dunnellon this place was super cute. it was so much bigger and better than the pictures The owners are very responsive and will be staying here again.

We stayed for 4 days and we couldn't be happier! Super clean, with everything we needed. Very close to the rainbow river and the kayaks provided by the host made our stay even more convenient. It is a perfect location for a couple! I highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as described! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our anniversary. The hosts were available and happy to help us with anything we needed although we didn’t need anything because everything we needed was there. We hope to go back again.

You'll want to stay here! Absolutely the nicest, cleanest, cutest, everything you need & more, place to be! From the moment you walk through the front door, you feel welcomed. It smelled wonderful, the hosts had a winter scene on the TV with jazz music playing (our favorite) & a wonderful surprise of a heart shape made out of rose petals & tea light candles on the guest bed! It was our 30th anniversary getaway, & that just made our day! So thoughtful, thank you. It's close to both rivers for walking, kayaking & riding a bike. Lots of places to eat close by & after a long day, you get to come 'home' to cozy, comfortable furniture & a very comfortable bed. The hosts attention to detail with their guests in mind, will not go unnoticed. Can't wait to come back! Thank you so much :)
