Stayed Dec 26, 2024The listing pictures were much nicer than the actual property and the listing should be updated to reflect the current furnishings which are dated and mismatched but functional. The listing pictures reflected a properly staged home. IMHO, the property is in need of some basic repair work (specifically the window coverings)and painting plus a deep cleaning. Both the location and neighborhood were great. The property requires the renter to purchase damage insurance which is acceptable, but the 50 per incident fines mentioned in the checkout rules are a bit much and came across as threatening. Overall our short stay went fine but this property could be amazing with a little TLC. Thanks.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property was clean and convenient to grocery store, shopping, restaurants, and ect. The owner was super nice and very accommodating. We needed a short stay while remodeling the house we were moving to and it was perfect.
