HOA rules and regulations: Trailers, campers, RV’s, boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be parked in driveway overnight. ATV’s, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties. No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily. Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm. Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted.

    The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. The house is in a perfect location. It is 2-3 minutes from Granby Ranch and a 2-3 minutes from the grocery store.
