The check-in process was easy and well communicated. The house was very intentionally designed to be comfortable for groups. The kitchen specifically was open and well equipped.

From beginning to end, our stay was incredible. Would certainly work with this host again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We booked the rental for a team headquarters for an AAU basketball tournament. The property was as advertised or better. It was very convenient and a very quick drive to the Lake point SportsCenter.

Property was perfect for extended family get together with King size bedrooms and bathrooms galore! Property was clean and well equipped. Check in and communication with the property management was smooth and efficient. Close to town and outdoor activities. Highly recommend!

If staying with a larger group, look no further! We stayed with 4 families total and there was more than enough room for everyone. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom plus other places to sleep if needed. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. The house is about a 5 min drive to Lakepoint sports complex which was so convenient. The 2 sets of washer/dryers were also great to have. The owner Shannon was very responsive to any questions that we had. Overall a great experience!

Clean comfortable home

Everything was absolutely amazing at this house- it was extremely clean and well cared for. So many small details help make your stay feel luxurious. Lots and lots of space and fun games to entertain. Having every room have its own bathroom plus the “locker room” style bathroom made getting ready a breeze! Kids loved the basketball hoop addition in the bathroom! Kitchen was well stocked and easy to provide meals for a large group. The screen porch was an added bonus to an already spacious area. Easy area to reach Atlanta and cute areas nearby! Can’t recommend this house enough!

Everyone was delighted with the accommodations and enjoyed the extras like the hot tub and games. The kitchen was well-equipped (but wish there had been a Keurig as we all brought our favorite pods). We had a little problem with the TV but got a quick response from the owners and the problem was resolved.

Just like the pics. Very spacious. Cozy. Planty of room options. Location is nice during the day time. Just be careful on the roads during the night time. Will definitely be back. Comfortable beds. Very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this roomy and comfy home. It has been beautifully renovated.

This property is a great location and layout for 4-5 families, and is 5 mins from the Lake Point complex. Everyone had their own bathrooms and the locker room was perfect for the boys to ask get showered quickly. I highly recommend for anyone needing individual space, but also great common for everyone to hangout.

The home is clean and spacious with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We had a group of 14 and made it work just fine. There's only 3 rooms with a completely private bath. I thought there was 4 based on the photos but we made it work. Only two bedrooms on main level, others all require a flight of stairs which was not a problem for our group; just something to keep in mind. Locker room style bathroom with multiple shower stalls, toilet and laundry was a big help. Very quiet location. Plenty of parking for 3-4 vehicles. Host was very kind and helpful.

The house was filled with our team and their families. We had everything we needed and loved nightly dips in the hot tub. The locker room was perfect for the boys before and after games. The kitchen was stocked with everything. Hopefully we can play in another tournament in the area soon!

My large group will never stay anywhere else when traveling to Lakepoint. We have been going for 5 years and stayed at every extra large option and this one was by far the best.

We had a great time! We stayed for a baseball tournament and we had a few families. Kitchen was easy cooking, boys had plenty of space to chill out, location was great! Would def stay again! Super clean too!

House was a perfect location, only 2/3 minutes from Lakepoint Sport Complex. Plentyof space for multiple family to stay

We stayed here with a few other families with team members and it was the perfect place for a large group on a team. Location was unbeatable and the property/space is perfect for about 13-15 people. I would suggest adding more paper towels, larger trash bins/cans and utensils for that many people staying but other than that it was a 5 star trip!

5 families stayed comfortably with lots of room. Locker room is a great idea! Great communication with host. We will look to book next time we’re at Lakepoint.
