Lake Allatoona Area Studio w/ Pool and Views!

We loved the area, it was beautiful. Room was perfect, grounds were perfect. Enjoyed the pool and grill. Will definitely return in the future and would recommend.

My stay with Dawn at the studio loft was fantastic! Very clean and quiet with everything I could need at my fingertips. My rental car battery died and Dawn was right there to help me with a jump and words of encouragement. The snacks and coffee setup were superb. I even had a sweet kitty friend visit which was much needed. Great environment on a beautiful farm with helpful, friendly individuals hosting. I will definitely be back!

My son and I stayed here during the PBR National Championship. Everything was better than expected! Wonderful hosts, clean and easy check in/out. My son loved jumping in the pool after a hot day of baseball. I truly wish we would’ve found this place before staying other places.

We just needed a place to unwind after a volleyball tournament, this was perfect!

This studio is huge but yet very calming and cozy. It has everything you need and a well designed space. As you drive up to the property, you think you’re on top of the highest mountain. It feels like you are miles away, but you are just a short ride to all kinds of attractions. The expansive view is gorgeous. We enjoyed walking around the area and visiting the animals Must see and do: Savoy Museum, Drowned Valley Brewery, downtown Cartersville, Booth Westeen Museum. Lots of shops and eateries downtown all of which are amazing. .

Great location, just a few minutes from the interstate. Clean, quiet and comfortable!

Staying on this property was a wonderful blessing! My son and I were down there for a baseball tournament and we were far enough away to relax, but close enough to make everything work. The apartment is beautiful, clean and spacious. The view and surroundings were amazing!I would highly recommend this property to anyone and if I have to go back to Georgia, I will definitely be booking this property!Thank you!

My son and I had the pleasure of renting this apartment during a basketball tournament trip. We both enjoyed ourselves very much. It was peaceful, the grounds were beautiful and an added bonus was the great snacks the owners provided! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!

Upon arrival I would say the property itself was needing some TLC-weeds were in the concrete cracks and the overall place seemed a bit dated compared to the online photos. The bed and studio furniture were really comfortable, the kitchen had just the right utensils and items needed for our stay, the basket of snacks and cold drinks in the fridge were an added bonus. The screaming goat had us laughing every time we were outside. The pool was nice and the entertainment space was beautiful-I only wished we were able to host more than 2 people, because those spaces could easily hold many more! We had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a peaceful get-a-way to just take in the area and relax!
