Stayed Sep 19, 2025Clean and comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to multiple things in the Carolina Beach area. Kids enjoyed the pool table and the hammock swing in the sun room.

Stayed Aug 14, 2025The property was sufficient for our purposes. Cookware was adequate and kitchen was big enough for two people working in it together. No clothing closet in the master bedroom. Not many towels and wash cloths. It met our needs but didn’t have the extra touches some people provide to really make the experience special.

Stayed Apr 29, 2025Property location worked great for us, kids are just a few miles away and neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. House itself showing some wear and tear that should be addressed and host really needs to provide an external spot to hold full garbage bags.

Stayed Jan 9, 2025I had a great stay in Wilmington. My children moved there and it was nice to be in a cozy home with all the amenities for my children and I to spend time. Thank you so much and I would love to stay again in the future when I visit them again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Clean! and spacious space! Even nicer in person than pics,,, absolutely lovely large home with beautiful sunroom & kitchen. Bedrms are all roomy for families, h-u-g-e common area, I will def be staying here again. Thank you to Homeowner!

Stayed May 25, 2024This is a very clean home and in a great location between Wilmington and Carolina Beach. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking or biking. We especially enjoyed having our coffee in the sunroom each morning. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (oil, salt, butter, kitchen towels, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc), although we did not do a lot of cooking. The local property manager was super helpful, friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. Our only complaint was that there are no blinds or shades on the windows in the primary bedroom. There is no privacy from outside viewers at night and we were awake at 6:30 am with the sunlight.
