Wilmington Downtown Escape

Great stay! The host was very accommodable when we arrived a few hours early. Great location not far from the riverwalk and downtown area. House was very clean and perfect for a buddies trip!

The house was immaculate and looks to be brand new. The AC worked great, water pressure was good, off street parking was very convenient. The location was so central to everything. About a half mile to market and front street where a lot of great restaurants are. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and would rebook next time we come to Wilmington.

Wonderful place to stay. Well kept. We had everything we needed. You can walk everywhere. We didn’t have to worry about were to park when going out.

The property is beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. We were in town for my niece's wedding. She got married at the Basilica across the street and the rehearsal dinner and reception were at the City Club and St. Thomas just a few blocks away. Several breakfast/lunch spots were also just a few blocks away. The house was well stocked with everything we needed.Great communication with host.

The property was EXACTLY as depicted in the photos. Check in and check out was easy. We had everything we needed during our stay. The property was pristine; bedding was comfortable and the towels were plush! The care and details the host put into this home elevated our experience. Not to mention the neighborhood was nice and close to the downtown riverwalk area. I highly recommend this place when your visiting the Wilmington area.

Wonderful property. Well laid out and appointed. Better than advertised. Location is a bit further from downtown than we would have liked, but worth the extra walk. Very clean as well.

Had a lovely stay during our visit for the Wilmington marathon. The house is just as described and pictured! Impeccably clean and so very comfy. We especially appreciated the coffee station and the candy was a nice treat! The location was perfect for a short stroll to the riverfront area with all the shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing weekend at this VRBO in Wilmington! The house was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully decorated, spotless, and stocked with everything we could have needed. The beds were super comfortable, making for a restful stay. The location was perfect—just a short 15-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive to downtown, which made exploring the area so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again in the future!
