Stayed Mar 29, 2026The physical house is as advertised... Nice spot with beautiful views and as advertised amenities. The VRBO listing says all taxes and fees are included which was not my experience. There is a city tax that must be paid through a third party platform as well as a mandatory deposit which also is not mentioned in the listing. I ended up paying it because there was no other choice. The managing company refused to acknowledge the lack of transparency and was not helpful in resolving the discrepancy in the listing that specifically states all fees are included, no hidden fees.
