The open-concept living area is centered around the views. Settle into the oversized reclining sectional beneath the vaulted ceiling while wall-to-wall glass doors fill the room with natural light and open directly onto the viewing deck.
Step outside with your morning coffee, watch for deer or return in the evening as the sun disappears behind the mountains.

Just off the living area is a peaceful sunroom wrapped in windows that open to the mountain air. Curl up with a book, listen to an afternoon thunderstorm or use the writing desk for journaling or catching up on a little work.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, generous storage and breakfast-bar seating for four. The nearby dining area seats approximately 6–8 beside a large picture window overlooking the landscape.

A dedicated 𝗰𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 + 𝘁𝗲𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is ready for slow mountain mornings.

The main house sleeps up to 10 with 3 private bedrooms, a downstairs bunk room and 3 full bathrooms.

Full-size bed with sliding-glass-door access directly into the sunroom. The two full bedrooms share a nearby hallway bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Head downstairs to one expansive bonus space made for sleeping, movies, games and rainy-day fun. The room features 𝘀𝗶𝘅 𝘁𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗱𝘀, two sofas surrounding a large TV, ping-pong, chess and games, plus a built-in wet bar with sink, counter space and full-size refrigerator.

A small indoor picnic table gives younger guests their own spot to eat, color or play, and a third full bathroom with shower is conveniently located downstairs.

Wild Wild Rest sits on approximately 2.08 private acres surrounded by mountain scenery, mature landscaping and established 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 + 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘀. Explore with the kids, watch for wildlife or simply find your favorite place to sit and enjoy the quiet.

Start your morning in the front-porch rocking chairs as the sun rises over Shenandoah Mountain. In the evening, watch the sky change as the sun dips behind the rolling ridges of the Allegheny Mountains.

𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗘 𝗣𝗜𝗧 + 𝗛𝗢𝗧 𝗧𝗨𝗕

Gather around the gravel fire-pit circle with eight Adirondack chairs for conversation, marshmallows and evenings beneath the West Virginia sky. Naturally dark nights make clear evenings especially beautiful for stargazing.

After hiking, skiing or exploring the Potomac Highlands, come home and sink into the hot tub—especially wonderful on crisp fall evenings and chilly winter days.

You'll also find a propane grill, spacious yard, deck and porch seating, seasonal fruit picking, wildlife watching and birding.
Or don't plan anything at all. Sometimes the best part of being here is simply sitting outside and enjoying the mountains, fresh air and quiet.

𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗦: The property has front-porch steps, interior stairs to the lower level and stairs between the upper deck and yard.

𝗠𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦: Nights here are wonderfully dark and peaceful, creating beautiful stargazing conditions. Please use extra care when walking or driving after dark.

𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: Driveway parking only. No street or grass parking.

𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗘𝗧 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦: 10 PM–8 AM.

𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦: Three exterior cameras are present: doorbell, above the garage and yard/fire-pit area. Cameras monitor exterior areas only.

𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗦: Animals are not permitted.

𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗦𝗛: All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated garage bins.

𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗙𝗥𝗨𝗜𝗧: Apple, peach and pear availability depends on the season and growing conditions.

Children and infants are welcome but must be supervised around the hot tub, fire pit, stairs and outdoor areas.

• Never turn off or unplug the hot tub.
• Secure the cover when not in use.
• Never sit, stand or place objects on the cover.
• No soaps, oils, bath products, food, drinks or other substances in the water.
• Children must be supervised.
• Do not remove the floating sanitizer ball.
• Excessive cleaning or contamination may result in an additional cleaning charge.

• Never leave a fire unattended.
• Supervise children.
• Fully extinguish fires when finished.
• Follow local fire restrictions.
