Head down the hallway to the left and you’ll find the heart of the home: a sleek, modern kitchen, open dining area, and welcoming living zone, all thoughtfully designed for effortless holiday living. The kitchen offersgenerous space for cooking and entertaining, with an island bench and three bar stools, plus a handy butler’s pantry tucked away at the rear.

A full laundry with washer and dryer adds extra convenience, making longer stays a breeze.

To the right of the entrance is the accommodation wing featuring three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a King bed, sofa, desk, and a walk-in robe leading to a private ensuite with walk-in shower and toilet. The two additional Queen bedrooms each have built-in robes and their own private ensuite, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

At the end of this wing, you’ll find the home’s standout indoor feature – a dedicated cinema room with a massive 98-inch TV – perfect for cosy movie nights or binging your favourite series in style.

But the real magic happens outside. The beautifully landscaped backyard is designed for both relaxation and fun, with a private hot tub, Weber Gas BBQ, outdoor seating with twinkling fairy lights.
