Stayed Nov 26, 2025The house is lovely. Perfect place to have Thanksgiving with family. The pictures don’t show how beautiful the deck is. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025We had a great time for our family of 6. We enjoyed the paddle boats and kayaks. Also location was perfect, very close to grocery store, and restaurants. The house is very clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024We had a lovely stay at this home. The rear deck was fabulous. The bed were super comfy and there was plenty of living space. It was nice to have places to walk our pups too. Great location. Great host!!!

Stayed Nov 22, 2024This is a fantastic property right on the harbor channels, with kayaks and paddleboard to fully enjoy it! (Plenty of adult PFDs too, though we were glad we had brought ones that fit our younger kids.) Beautiful deck, gorgeous light. House was clean and well-equipped, plenty of linens and dishes. Modern appliances in the kitchen. Comfy beds. Fast wi-fi, easy entry, About 15-20 minutes from downtown Ventura, very convenient for events there. Communication with host was perfect, Laura answered questions immediately and didn't dump too much info on us at once otherwise! Would absolutely stay again, this was a great, relaxing weekend.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024This home is situated so perfectly in the harbor. You will be close to everything Oxnard has to offer and yet you can enjoy perfect calm. The patio is very large with comfortable furniture to lounge and seat on. We were 7 in our party and the house didn’t feel crowded. The house is clean, comfortably decorated and has everything one would need to enjoy their stay. We particularly loved using the kayaks and paddle boards. We will definitely go back!
