Stayed Aug 7, 2025This house is in a perfect spot right on an enormous beach with large sand dunes. This made for a fantastic play area for the kids to roam. Walk out to the beach and turn left and five minutes later you're at the Rudder Room for a drink (cash only) and the sea lions gather outside which is a fun thing to watch. Fifteen minutes the other way and you're at a spot with restaurants, boat trips, kayaking, and more. Of course, it's a short drive to the supermarket as well.The house itself is large, and the elevator was hugely helpful for getting luggage up and down. The main sitting area is on the second level, and there is a large window with a couch that served as my napping spot every afternoon. It's completely open with the kitchen on that level, so it's a good spot for a family group.One thing to keep in mind. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top level with three bedrooms and one bath on the bottom. If you're using all three bathrooms downstairs, it can get crowded. We had some use the half bath on the 2nd level.Overall, it was great for our extended family of eight.One thing to be aware

Stayed Jan 12, 2025Some minor repairs needed during the stay in the showers and other minot issues but all good due to the view and location.Floor plan a little odd as access to one bedroom and bath is from an elevator in the garage.Great service from the owners rep.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024We had a great weekend at the beach. There were 10 adults in the house, and there was plenty of room for us to socialize on the main floor. Rita was easy to communicate with and even sent over a new coffee maker when there was an issue with the existing one.

Stayed Nov 22, 2023Our extended family enjoyed Thanksgiving 2023 in this home. The house is beautiful, the location is awesome, and everyone had adequate space and comfort. There is lots of common space. The beach is accessible for long walks. Kitchen is amazing. Views and outdoor spaces are great. Grocery store, gym, restaurants and shopping are nearby. Perfect trip!
