Life is easy on Whooping Crane Lane at Key Allegro Island!  Whether you are lounging on the upper deck or gathering in the large backyard, you are sure to enjoy your time at this spectacular Key Allegro home.  This home is located on one of the widest and deepest canals located in Key Allegro with a wide turn into the ski basin and Aransas Bay.  Ample parking in the driveway and carport, large backyard, and a 90 ft. bulkhead/boat dock perfect for entertaining.  There are even kayaks and paddle boards for guests to enjoy during their stay!  This home has three bedrooms upstairs, and an efficiency style apartment (bedroom) downstairs.   

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, closet, and desk area.  The master bathroom has a shower/tub combo.  The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed (full on the bottom and twin on the top) and a dresser.  The third bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and a closet. There is a jack-n-jill style bathroom between the second and third bedrooms.    Each bedroom has a television with streaming capabilities.  Log in to your favorite streaming app and watch tv after a long day of fun.   The fourth bedroom, or efficiency apartment, is located outside, downstairs and has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds.  There is also a mini fridge and coffee bar for guests' convenience.  Complete with a full bath and closet space for your coastal attire.  

The living, dining room and kitchen have a wonderful open floor concept with vaulted ceilings and large picture windows allowing the Key Allegro beauty and light to fill the living space throughout the day.  The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary items you may need during your stay and plenty of room for up to ten of your favorite people! 

Your time will be well spent outside at this fabulous home.  Enjoy relaxing in the shade taking in the pleasant coastal breeze or drop a kayak or paddle board into the canal and do some canal cruising. Not only is there a lovely view down the canal, but amazing views of Aransas Bay from the upper deck.  There is an outdoor storage room that guests can access to lock their gear in during their stay.  Relax and cook up your big catch on the gas grill! 

Just a few minutes from the downtown Rockport and Fulton areas, Key Allegro offers easy access for golf carts and is close to many local restaurants and other entertainment.  This is the absolute perfect spot to watch the July 4th and Christmas fireworks every year!

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
