Whether you're hiking Glacier in the summer, exploring the Flathead Valley, or skiing fresh powder in the winter, this home makes a comfortable basecamp for every season.
The space
Surrounded by trees and mountain views, this private farmhouse offers a welcoming blend of rustic Montana character and modern comfort.
The spacious main living area is filled with natural light and thoughtfully designed for relaxing together after a day of adventure. The updated kitchen features a large gas range, breakfast bar, coffee station, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Gather around the fireplace, stream your favorite shows, or enjoy an evening of music with the home's guitars and piano.
A screened porch overlooks the expansive backyard and provides a peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or settle in after a day exploring northwest Montana.
Each bedroom features quality linens and generous storage. Two upstairs bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds, cozy reading nooks, ceiling fans, and abundant natural light while sharing a full bathroom. The third bedroom is located in the daylight basement with its own nearby full bathroom.
The daylight basement also includes a family room with streaming TV, workout equipment, a laundry room, and a comfortable full-size sleeper sofa, making it an ideal additional space for families or larger groups.
Guests also enjoy covered parking plus plenty of additional parking for vehicles, trailers, or outdoor gear.
Summer Adventures
During the warmer months, you'll have a private mountain bike trail right outside the front door that winds through the wooded property. Nearby you'll also find hiking, fishing, kayaking, rafting, golf, and endless opportunities to explore Glacier National Park and the Flathead Valley.
Winter Adventures
When the snow arrives, this home becomes an ideal winter basecamp. Spend your days skiing and snowboarding at Whitefish Mountain Resort, explore miles of groomed cross-country ski trails, experience dog sledding, rent snowmobiles to explore the surrounding mountains, snowshoe through peaceful forests, or enjoy a scenic sleigh ride. Afterward, return home to warm up beside the fireplace and enjoy a quiet Montana evening.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the home, yard, and designated outdoor living spaces.
**Please note: There is a hot tub located on the property, but it is not included as a guest amenity and is not available for guest use. Guests may not access or use the hot tub at any time during their stay.**
Other things to note
The home is located at the base of the mountains on a well-maintained gravel road. Wildlife is part of everyday life here, so please keep all food and garbage securely stored indoors and practice Bear Aware safety during your stay. Bear spray is provided for guest use.
Please be aware that although a hot tub may be visible at the property, **it is not part of this vacation rental and is strictly off-limits to guests.**
