This neighborhood is located off Old Puako Rd. There is a small gate and a cluster of homes. This property has direct walking access to Beach 69 through the neighborhood (not the parking area). It is a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, perfect for your next vacation.

    We enjoyed our 4-night stay at this house. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the house had a decent view towards the ocean, and was a short 2 block walk to the beach. Snorkeling was great at the beach and it wasn't too crowded. The house had plenty of room and had lots of decent cooking pots, pans, and utensils. Geckos laid eggs in and screwed up the master bedroom AC unit so it wasn't working when we got there, but the house host was quick to get it fixed. We'd definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

    Beautiful property, outstanding location. House could use a deep clean and minor maintenance/ upkeep. Very quiet neighbourhood & gorgeous beach access, but not exactly swimmable. Loved the outdoor space and access to beach gear.

    This is a classic beach home. Great views and a short walk to the beach 69 or a 5 minute drive to Hapuna beach. Property is not brand new but we loved the character. It was perfect for our 15 day stay. We will rent this again in the future.

    This home is perfectly located on Beach 69 which has shade, sand, safe swimming and snorkeling, and is protected from the wind. The house was clean, was exactly what was presented in the VRBO listing, and had everything we needed for a full week of R & R in beautiful Hawaii including very comfortable beds, linens, towels, a well equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, a gorgeous view, old growth trees and landscaping in the front and back gardens, in a quiet neighborhood, safe, and peaceful. The air-conditioning, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, complimentary beach chairs and towels were all much appreciated. We ate at home every night because we love to cook, but there are many fine and reasonable dining options near by car. The house was old school Hawaii, and while we love that, it is not for everyone because the house is very basic, nothing fancy, it's not an Alexa house, or modern. Matter of fact with just a tiny bit of paint to refresh the peeling paint, and a few other minor updates and touches, this house would be nearly perfect. However, once we got into Hawaii chill mode, none of those details mattered. We'll be back and feel so grateful for such a wonderful home away from home.

    The house is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is well appointed with various appliances, utensils. The location is amazing, a minutes walk to the shaded and sandy Wailea beach, a 5 min drive to adjacent Hāpuna beach and the lovely A’la Kahakai trail right out the door. Communication with property manager was great. The house doesn’t have boogie boards or pool noodles, and that’s the only thing lacking that I could think of. We ended up buying for our week long stay but plenty of options to rent nearby. This was our 2nd time at this hidden gem of a location and we will definitely be visiting again!

    The house looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Check-in process was easy. The location was wonderful, beautiful view from the patio and just a short walk to the beach. Thank you for sharing your lovely house.
