• Private Entrance & Scenic Balcony: Access the studio via a separate entrance atop the garage. Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine while taking in the stunning views from your balcony.
• Beautifully Landscaped Property: Our cottage-style retreat sits amidst mature Fir, Oak, and Maple trees, creating a tranquil setting. Guests have access to the patio, yard, and can park in the gravel area in front of the gate.

CONSIDERATIONS

Pets: Dogs and cats are welcomed. We have ourselves a gentle 140 lbs giant Great Swiss Mountain dog that can be protective of the house but will not hurt anyone. We also have an older tabby cat that sometimes hangs outside. 

Privacy: The studio is atop of the garage and endless stream pool; spaces that owners regularly use, but only during the daytime and early evening.

Security and Safety: We run guest screening and background checks through SafelyStay, Inc. Safely will send our guests a request for information to run their screenings and checks. We can provide terms of the screening by request.
