White Guesthouse with a Pool

This is the best property I’ve ever booked. It is all modern and beautiful. It was so clean, well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. The owner hit all the marks when creating this space.

Beautiful perfect home! We were 10 minutes or closer to everything we wanted to do. The host responded to me within minutes every time I asked a question! When traveling back to Springfield I will definitely stay here again!!

The house is beautiful, clean, and in a great area! What I loved the most is the amenities. It was nice to truly have cleaning supplies and trash bags where most spaces barely have any.

This host was fantastic. They provided all the creature comforts we could have imagined. She provided coffee, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and comb along with fans for those that need a breeze during hot flashes or a white noise to help sleep. The home was very cozy, comfortable and we were very happy with our stay. I would stay in this house again when visiting my relatives in this area.

This home was a wonderful VRBO. We stay in a lot of them because we travel for tennis tournament. The home was clean and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and the host provided so many nice little extras. Love to the property you plan to stay again.

The house was decorated beautifully. The hosts thought of everything - from a fully equipped kitchen, amenities in the bathroom, and even fans for each room. The host was also very easy to communicate with. Laundry room was fully stocked and we loved the fire pit in the back yard.

Property was as presented in photos and very clean. Host accommodated an early check in for us. Hot water was amazing and beds/linens were super comfy. Was able to do laundry efficiently as well. Lots of cute touches. The train runs through regularly but I didn’t find it to be an issue at all so don’t let that deter you from staying here. Overall things were pretty quiet.

We brought my dad and uncle to the Bass Pro Museum. The location of the house was great for getting back and forth to the museum. The house was lovely and would definitely stay there again! It was very clean and roomy! Neighborhood was good! Communication with the property manager was so easy! It was truly a great stay!

This cute house was perfect for our trip to Missouri. It fit all 6 of us, was very clean and in excellent condition. Owner was easy to get hold of if needed. The check in and out process was easy and smooth!

Great property! We enjoyed our stay and the convenient location to Missouri State.Seemless booking, check in and stay. Property had a brand new home feeling, decorated nicely and very clean.We had everything we needed, it was a great property.

This house has all of the little perks that you can imagine. Nice fenced backyard safe for your little furry friends. Which we brought our French bulldogs with us. A pool to relax in on a long, busy day. Bathrooms were really chic and had a blow dryer in each of them,. To have a laundry room accessible just in case of you needing to wash clothes. Beds, comfy with extra linen in the closets. If you have a little ones, they also have a playpen and a highchair. Which we didn’t need to use. I absolutely love this house. It was everything that I can imagine plus more.The major reason why I chose this house is because of it being so close to Evangel University. My son just graduated from there and we were able to move him out and enjoy this little house as a family.

This home was very well cared for. Everything you might need while away from home was thought of. Perfect for our stay in Springfield.

We’ve stayed in several rental homes and were disappointed with the reality vs the online pictures. This place is everything it says it is!It’s the cleanest rental I’ve ever stepped foot in. There are so many amenities, fully stocked kitchen, comfy towels. Did I mention clean?We were there in March and the plunge pool was closed so I can’t review that. There was a heater for it and a nice propane fire pit for those chilly nights. This is somewhere I can confidently recommend for anyone. It’s 10 minutes from most anything in Springfield and there are endless restaurants, stores, caves, etc. We will definitely stay here again!

Would definitely stay again! Only thing I would suggest is a coffee maker because not everyone likes fancy coffees.

3 nice bedrooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and plenty of covers for cold weather. Living room seating ok for 4 adults. Met our needs very well.

Everything was great. Had to leave a day early due to internet being down the entire time. I needed the internet for work.

We stayed here for one week waiting for our grandbaby to be born in Springfield. Although he did not arrive while we were in town, we had a wonderful time at this property. The host is a sweetheart and was super helpful all week long. The place is clean and updated nicely with plenty of space for a family.

Perfect stay for my recent graduation at MSU! Location, comfort, and communication with the owner made our stay even more than we expected. While the neighborhood is a quiet older community, this home shines above! The decor and attention to detail fulfilled any needs that guests may have, making our travels and stay even more enjoyable. Great house! We did a lot of cooking and found everything we needed. The only downside was the five mile drive to the grocery store.
