Whisper Oaks 15 miles to SFA coliseum. Quiet and nestled in the country!

Lovely property with beautiful old shade trees. Host is very accommodating, home baked goodies and cold drinks upon arrival. Very spacious 3 bedroom home with hugh living space. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing location. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! The house was delightfully decorated for the holiday. It was very clean. Latricia is a fantastic and friendly host. Love the outdoors and the cows.

The Jacobs were very hospitable and responded quickly to any needs . The home was very heartwarming and big so everyone could have time by themselves.Love the scenery.Slept great no traffic or street lights.We will return!

A nice property that makes you feel at home the moment you walk through the door. Proximity to SFA is about 20 minutes tops. Really in the proximity to anywhere when you need to go was about 15 to 20 minutes so it was the perfect place for us.Three bedrooms and a very nice walk-in shower. Patio is a nice view of oak trees and some cattle on the left.Very spacious property that makes you feel you’re away from the hustle and bustle. They have redone the entry road so it’s nice and smooth.The property manager is available anytime you need and she was so kind to bake us a pound cake to welcome us. We very much enjoyed it.

This home was peaceful and clean. It was perfect for our family of 5. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hosts are fabulous!

we loved the place. our poodles had a good time running around and wore themselves out. The owners left water and baked goods for us as well. Will probably be back next year for a disc golf tournament.

Three of us ladies thoroughly enjoyed our belated Mother's Day getaway to Nacogdoches and Whisper Oaks. The home was perfectly comfortable, clean, and had everything we could have wanted. We loved stepping outside to hear the frogs, cicadas, and to see the lightning bugs and birds. There were beautiful sunsets on the farm. It was a lovely retreat. Our hosts were so generous, attentive, and kind! We also fell in love with the sweet farm cat, Stitches. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We moved from Arkansas to Texas. It was fast and furious and a lot of moving. We rented this place a little over a month for the in between of our house in Arkansas to our house in Texas. Latricia made us feel so welcome we enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. High recommend staying here. So peaceful and relaxing. welcome

Clean comfy and relaxing stay on a large property away from the city.

Plenty of room for our family! Fresh banana bread made by the owner! Easy Check-in process! Super quiet property! I’d suggest adding at least one trashcan near the bedrooms. Overall, a pleasant stay.
