Beautiful location outside of the city, incredibly peaceful and quiet. Cabin is beautifully decorated. Bed was very comfortable w Temperpedic mattress. I stayed there the weekend my daughter was getting married in Nac so it had even more meaning for the need for peace, quiet, serenity. Absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a getaway from the city.

We had the best weekend at Clara’s cabin. The house is lovely and in a perfect location that feels remote but still super close to Main Street and the heart of Nacogdoches. Marcia was attentive, understanding, and very easy to communicate with. The house is truly stunning and came equipped with everything we needed. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Absolutely lovely cabin with carefully curated finishes and furnishings. Everything from the entry doors, the bathroom countertops, the custom slab bathroom floor, to the carved wood chairs was perfecly selected. Clean, comfortable and cozy, in a secluded setting. Our host was delightful and provided every thoughtful convenience we could want. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Cindy & Cass

We were here for just one night to attend our daughters college graduation. Host is super to work with and the property is so cute! Wish we had found this place earlier in our daughters college career as we would have stayed MANY time during her 4 years. Highly recommend!!

Quaint cabin tucked away in the woods away from the hustle and bustle of the “big” city of Nacogdoches. Very little light pollution, no noise, perfect for a quiet getaway. Plenty of birds in the morning, and some bunnies in the afternoon to watch kept us busy. Comfortable beds, nice shower, and a surprise cake waiting for us when we arrived. Overall, a wonderful weekend all within minutes of everything we needed.

We came down to visit our daughter at SFA and wanted something different. We love the peacefulness of the location with all the modern amenities. It was beautifully decorated with a southwest theme. Clara’s cabin was a great place for our family to getaway and relax.

My husband and I needed a short getaway to de-stress and reconnect. With 3 kids at home and an elderly grandmother we care for, this was much needed. We really enjoyed the solitude and quiet at Clara's Cabin. No noise from other guests like at a hotel! Quick trips into Nac were easy. The accommodations were comfortable as advertised. Definitely would recommend and return.again for another quiet weekend!

We had such a great stay. The house is so pretty and it was a great location to fishing and downtown Nac!

Beautiful location. The interunique and beautifully designed and decorated. The outdoor space needs some attention and the grill either needs new needs to be cleaned The kitchen needs some pots & pans to allow for cooking a meal.

This place is simple and exquisite at same time. Love all the Lonesome Dove touches.

Great place for a short getaway for our family.

This cabin is off the beaten path for a relaxing quiet stay! It has so much charm! We loved it! My kids didn’t want to leave. The host is very helpful and responsive. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
