The only problem we had was cleanliness. The home looked old and a lot of spots not even cleaned.

Excellent location. Big place, nice hot tub. Place is well set up. I can imagine it an excellent summer spot with big deck. It is very worn down with holes in walls, gaps in flooring, missing or damaged floorboards, and mismatched paint. If this stuff isn’t important to you it’s a great value for location and size The instructions felt like fine threats about everything. At 930 the day of checkout we had a cleaner at the door asking when we were leaving. Then someone waiting outside at 1050 for us to leave. These things gave a bit of an unwelcome feeling to the place.

The instructions provided for locating and parking at the complex were very clear and easy to follow. The unit was very clean and very well supplied i.e. the kitchen. Unfortunately the dryer was not usable /broken dryer door, which occurred prior to our arrival, resulted in our limited use of private hot tub on the deck (rainy/cold weather prevented towels and bathing suits to dry quickly). I have been told the repairs to the dryer are being done. Overall, we were very pleased with the facilities, easy access to the village and TV and internet connection was great.

Place was fair price for a weekend get away

I liked the location, facilities and atmosphere of the property a lot. The property did have a few issues that need to be addressed such as the sliding screens and patio doors. My older mother had issues with the steep stairs, but overall I was pleased with my stay at the property.

Would defiantly recommend this property. Comfortable close to everything, the private hot tub was a nice bonus. All the amenities from home away from home. Travelling with 5 people this was an excellent choice. Everyone had space and privacy.

This is not a well maintained suite. Don’t take my word for it, read the other reviews. The complex is nice, the location is good, this particular unit is not good. Generally felt like it wasn’t cleaned. Floors were sticky, sheets felt dirty, lots of “deferred maintenance.” Rental agreement has 2 pages of rules! Hot tub didn’t work. We stayed 4 nights and the repair guy never showed. The owner says he has ordered a new hot tub. Based on the condition of the rest of the place, I would be shocked if he actually did. We stayed in July 2020. Comment back if there is a new hot tub. Also, the owner took 2 weeks to release our damage deposit, and it took another week after that for it to be processed. I have stayed in lots of condos in Whistler. This one was by far the worst maintained. Whistler is a nice place. Enjoy your trip and stay somewhere else.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very convenient and comfortable. It was lovely to have use of the private hot tub after skiing all day. We would definitely recommend the property.

Private hot tub was great! The light on the porch didn’t turn on. Beds were comfy. Place looked like the pictures. Plenty of towels.

Conveniently located. Parking garage is tight if you have a bigger vehicle. But, it’s close to everything. Grocery store and Whistler Village is a short walk. Shuttle stop is across the street for everything else.

Great location and price. Host very helpful and all amenities in working condition.

Came to ski and chill in condo. This place was perfect: very convenient to the shuttle and markets and village life. We stayed in for meals and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Liked the option of the community pool and hot tub but we took advantage of the personal hot tub on the condo's deck.

Condo was sufficient for our needs. Interior looks a little tired, could use a bit of a makeover. But location was good, Hottub a bonus and a garage parking spot.

Host was very responsive. Place met our needs well. Great location.

Great location to village and shuttle access to the gondola. Easy check in with free underground parking, and private hot tub was perfect after skiing for the day.

Coffee maker in kitchen needs replacing as button labels have worn off and difficult to figure out brewing functions.Host was great communicator and very responsive.Hot Tub temperature perfect at 104 degrees F!Great location.

The hot tub was great and we used it everyday. Location is excellent - close to shops and restaurants. The host was quick to respond to questions and space was as expected. Beds were comfy and the unit was clean.

I was somewhat disappointed. The owner made it out to be a spectacular residence and the condo was aged and not user friendly. Instructions were over the top, not accommodating. Don’t do this, don’t do that. Felt like I was staying at a college aged condo. I should have done a better job of due diligence. Beds are uncomfortable and need replacing. Kitchen not equipped with basic supplies. Bring your own laundry liquid, no powder soap allowed yet it was the only detergent available.

Great townhouse. Accommodated 5 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi on the deck was awesome. The home had all the necessities. The host was responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back

All key parts of a good stay were provided, including condo location. Some pots could use proper lids. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay there again.

Spacious rental, relatively quiet area but in close proximity to central Whistler. Really helpful to have parking on site, and we made good use of the communal pool (which was a little cold for our little ones to use for very long) and hot tub. Well stocked kitchen.

Close to the village, shops, groceries. Bring your own laundry soap, it's not provided. You might also want to bring your own coffee since all that was there seemed to have been left overs from previous guests.

Excellent location and had everything we needed for our visit to Whistler. We loved the two balconies and the hot tub. The complex pool was also great. Tyrone's communication was clear and timely.

Nice location. Needs some upgrades and some clean paint. Needed a bit more of a cleaning before we arrived but overall, it was nice.

We enjoyed staying here. It’s a very convenient location—close to the gondolas and lifts to access hiking trails with restaurants and a grocery store and a playground for kids all within walking distance. The pool was nice. The complaints we had had were that the towels were still damp when we checked in and the private hot tub on the deck smelled kind of funky but the community hot tub and pool were great. All in all a great place to stay for families.

the apartment was very easy to find. we got into whistler around midnight. Tyrone's directions were easy to understand and the entire checkin process went very smooth. The location was within 10-15 minute walking distance to the village (where all the restaurants and gondolas are). It's also across the street from the supermarket. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the mountain. The downside was there're 2 flights of stairs from the entryway to the rooms so we had to lug our luggages up the stairs. Small inconvenience but the apartment's excellent.

Good kitchen and table to play games.The entrance way is a bit narrow with stairs but that is a small thing. Overall I would stay again.The owner communication was excellent.

Excellent location. Close to village for groceries, restaurants (walking distance). Convenient to bus stop for access to Whistler base. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Laundry , dishwasher soap, coffee filters, etc. Owner was very responsive to any concerns. Unit was clean and comfortable, but is showing its age.

Unit was as advertised. A little tired in some areas but clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and friendly.Would definitely recommend.

The location of this property was ideal for easy access to the village. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had lots of cutlery, cooking tools, etc. The hot tub on the deck was fabulous. They had lots of games, etc. to use.The property is older and could use an update. Even just a good cleaning and a coat of paint would freshen it up. Simple clean ups could be changing the old tattered up bar stool being used as a side table in the master bedroom. Replacing some of the blinds that are in bad shape. Overall we had a good time and settled into the unit comfortably I just think these simple updates would present the property much nicer.

Location is great right by the village. Lots of parking in the underground. This place is clearly a full time rental with the owner not doing routine maintenance. Both screen doors to the deck were broken causing the upper deck to be inaccessible. Loads of damage on the walls, floors, hot tub lid covered in tape. This was odd after receiving a long email about not damaging the property from the owner prior to arrival. The cleaners forgot to give us toilet paper. Host was quick to respond and remedy this situation. Price is a bit high for how beat up this place is.

Property was clean and easy to find. Its in the center of whistler village so walking distance to everything you need. Tyrone was a great host easy to contact and happy to assist us. The hot tub was awesome after a day out hiking.

We really want to give this place more stars, it is in a great location, clean and comfortable. Yes...there's stairs to lug your suitcases etc up, do your homework, half the places at glaciers reach are on the main floor (not very private) and the other half up flights of stairs. This upper suite is in a great location, close to the underground parking and right across the street from the Whistler marketplace and start of Whistler Village North. The couches have been upgraded, but this place does need some TLC. If you're used to staying at a Fairmont Hotel, then go there, this place isn't for you. But if you want a cozy place that's close to everything and don't mind that the place needs a bit of painting or a few upgrades, then this place is perfect for you! Not all renters take care of the places they rent and owners can't be expected to paint after every guest stay. Our only wine is the master bedroom TV is not streaming services capable. This place is priced accordingly and the fact that we were able to bring our dog was a huge reason why we booked here again. We will be back!

Not an overly extravagant space but it was clean and functional. It was in a great location and the host was responsive.

Ideal location for enjoying the village, we had a pleasant stay. The sink in the kitchen seemed to be leaking I placed a bowl under the sink and the fan in the first bathroom would not turn off when we left.

The location of the property is great. The place could use updates and a deep cleaning. There are small repairs that are needed (shower rod, towel bar).

Was a good clean and safe place to stay. Stores and restaurants were close by.
