Beautiful property with plenty of room for our big family.

The house is very clean and the kitchen well stocked. We rent vacation homes every year and this one was near the top of the list regarding location, cleanliness and responsiveness of the owners.

This has been our third stay in this lovely home. We absolutely love the home and its location. We hope to come back.

This is our second year. I can't say enough about Annette's house. Everything about it is 5 stars. Location, layout, comfortable beds, lots of beach chairs, decor, extra sitting area upstairs with a wonderful view. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great location right on the beach and walking distance to the pier and shopping. 4 families ranging from 8 months to 54 and we all had our own space. Even with the tropical storm no one got on any nerves. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. A couple little things, like the outdoor hose needs replaced, shower rinse off area should have something with a little more water pressure so the wind doesnt blow the water to the dunes, a floor or box fan would be nice for airflow down the front hall. But overall we had a great time and loved the home. Would definitely recomend

This is our second year staying at Whats in a Name. It is the perfect place to stay. Our family loves it and it is a perfect match for our family.

We had another wonderful year at “What’s in a Name”. Beautiful house, perfect distance for a walk to the pier/Surf City.

Property was excellent. Great location to Surf City activities. Plenty of room for our whole family of 16. We will be back.

This home really felt like a home, it had plenty of beach toys, chairs, space, entertainment options, kitchen supplies, etc. and it was also beautiful! We had a large group of multiple families and there were separate spaces for grandparents, me with young kids, and three pre-teens and parents. The location was amazing and so easy to get to from the bridge! The host was fantastic with communication, had a welcome binder of information, and answered any questions we had during our stay! I would 100% come back to this exact house for a future vacation!

Annette property is excellent. We had such a wonderful time. She has thought of everything to make your vacation extra special. Clean, roomy, bed comfortable. We are already booking for next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was a great fit for our group of 10 adults. Appreciated the quick responses from the owner when we had questions. Would recommend to family and friends.

This house is fantastic! It's close enough to walk to many places in Surf City but just far enough out to avoid crowds. The house is furnished with many upgrades and a fully loaded kitchen. We had 12 people in our group. Everyone had their own space. The home floorplan is great that beds and baths are away from the main living space. Access to the beach is easy. There were many beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs provided. The host was very gracious and easy to work with. We parked five cars out front, including a full-size pickup, some SUVs, and a minivan. We would definitely return here. We had a super trip. I have two suggestions: -There are black shades that look custom made on many bedroom and bathroom windows. But at night they are see-through. Bring some towels or something to add an extra layer on the windows. -It would be nice to have a walkway from the front to the back deck without going through the home. Think carrying beach paraphernalia. I realize this is very minor. Overall this is by far the best home we have stayed in. We would surely return if we can work it out.
