Stayed Aug 10, 2024We had a very nice time at the house. We biked everywhere from long sand to short sand, and to go in the village. The walk to short sand is very nice also. The kitchen is missing some piece of cookware, but we manage to cook anyways. The porch is very nice and cosy. We recommande for sure.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I’ve stayed here multiple times because it’sa perfect since for my family. The beds are cozy and the set up and location are perfect. Close to both King and short sands, Nubble light house and great area for walking. All the amenities are included and i look forward to coming back year after year!

Stayed Aug 27, 2022The property is super cute and cozy in a great location! Felt very safe and surrounded by beautiful homes. It was small but had everything we needed. I would recommend it mostly to parties of 3-4 guests.

Stayed Jun 17, 2021Property is walking distance to Short Sands and Nubble Lighthouse. It is a cozy beach cottage located between other rental properties. Convenient to W/D and they offer use of beach items. The beds are all upstairs. They are a bit rickety and we learned before arrival NO linens or paper products (including TP) are provided. This was not mentioned in the listing but was resolved by charging a 25$ pp fee. Reasonable price for a great York Beach location for couple/small family, but if you’re looking for privacy this may not be your place.
