Westwind- Lakefront w/ Views, Boat Dock, & Kayaks

Beautiful view from the balcony and lovely open living space upstairs.

Accommodations met our wants and needs. The rental provided us with extra space for our large family as we lived close by. Hope to use again.

Beautiful sunset. Tons of mosquitos. But...comes with lake life! One problem...got in upstairs shower. Got wet. Forgot about soap. Stepped out to get soap, took a step off that bath rug and fell HARD on my hip. Consider replacing that bath tile floor with something nonslip? Rough tile, LVP....

Great great great - Kelly was great - perfect location - loved the dock - we have a 24’ wake boat that fit in the slip perfect lift kept it out of the water at night and protected it from other boat wake when we were at the house - great cooking facilities - family room was great for watching movies - fished from the dock (my grandson loved that). We will be back - thank you Kelly

This house was perfect for two families with little kids. The swimming area at the dock was great and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. The property manager was great and very responsive.

Really enjoyed the property and the water right behind the house! Kids enjoyed fishing, swimming, paddle boarding and playing games on the balcony. Beautiful view!

The dock area was great for the kids, and they loved playing on the lily pad. The house layout was perfect and everyone was able to have their own space.

if you are planning on swimming you have to be okay with a lot of plant life in the water. Also pretty hard to get sun with the covered porch and boat area. House was comfortable for 6 of us

This property was accurate to what was described in the post. If you are looking for some peace and quite, mid-Dec is a great time to be here. Virtually no neighbors seen during our stay (not that it would have been a problem). I suspect this place is teaming with activity during the Summer. Great place to bring a family. The only short-coming is the upstairs shower. It is tiny. Would stay there again.

This house on the lake deserves a ten out of ten. Everything was very clean and beautiful. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend this lake house.

This is a great place to stay that’s right on the water. The property had everything we needed for a great weekend and being able to use the kayaks was a bonus. We would stay here again.

The house was the perfect spot for our family, which included grandparents and adult children. We would definitely stay here again. Note to other renters that there is no master bathroom but this was not an issue for our group.

My family of six stayed for 5 full days and 6 nights. House location on lake is perfect and beautiful. The inside is ve and beautiful. Inside is very nice but needs a few fixes, such as the sofa chairs legand the platforms for the the master bed is very noisy, but nothing to fret about. The platform the extendes over the lake is the focal poimt of this location. We were out there every day except the last two. Which is the reason for the 4 stars. The house next door was having work done on their dock and the work being done made it unbearable to sit out and enjoy the lake, due to the constant concrete cutting that went from 12pm to 4pm and only stopped because of our call to the management company , to which they called the owner, which we truely appreciated. During our call the company that manages the location reminded us that the location overview state's there is a chance contruction could happen in the area, which under normal circumstances would be reasonable. However, the next morning work started at 8am and lasted until 430pm. Needless to say we had to leave because the noise was unbearbearable, so we left for most of the day. Contruction is one thing but cutting concrete is not a noise to just ignore. If work like that is going to be done, should be worded differently so people understand what to expect.

Beautiful property right on the water. Exactly as described in the listing! Kelly was awesome and answered every question! Boat ramp is 3 houses away and boat dock is awesome! Will hopefully be returning soon!!!!

This was my second time staying at Westwind. The property has an excellent location with incredible views. Great open floor plan with excellent porches for morning, coffee or evening sunsets. Would highly recommend

Clean and everything works

We used westwind as our base-camp for exploring central Tx. Inks Lake (devils hole), LBJ lake, Comal river-float, Marble Falls, etc... and it was perfect for our family and friends. The Upstairs was spacious with a large enough kitchen for us to enjoy breakfast and dinners when we weren't out. The upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom was a little tight, but the rest of the lake-house was just right. Boat dock with kayaks and rope swing was really cool, and a great place to watch the boaters and sunsets. Would recommend to friends!

Everything was very smooth from the booking to checking in and checking out! The house is perfect for all families, and I think we will be back in the future.
