The expansive outdoor patio and deck includes 3 separate seating areas with an upper deck, lower covered deck and bluestone patio with an outdoor TV, firepit table and heat lamp-- perfect for summer gatherings. The lower level features a recreation room and gym with a second refrigerator/freezer, wine cellar and full bathroom. The front porch isperfect to view the sunset over cocktails. The expansive square footage is well utilized with 9+ high ceilings and a great room living space, separate den, 2 home offices, and a downstairs guest bedroom suite/full bath, with 5 additional bedrooms upstairs. The guest cottage makes 7 bedrooms, and includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer and full bath. Beach pass available. Availability: June-Labor Day. One month minimum.
