Westhampton Beach Oceanfront Home

If you are looking for a beach location and beach vacation, this is the place. The home is situated on a gorgeous private beach right out your back door. The house has incredible decks and views for days! Lovely large open kitchen and living space upstairs, bedrooms downstairs. The owners were great to work with and we will definitely be back!

This Dune Rd. paradise was so beautiful and comfy. It's a very beachy cozy house. It was equipped with all the essentials, ( towels sheets, pots, utensils, kayak and surfboard)! Our family and guests loved it. Will definitely be back next summer! Thanks Tom! Lynn and family

We spent 11 days in July with our kids and grandkids. Having searched for a less than 1 month rental on the ocean, this house fit the bill perfectly. The home is a direct oceanfront beach house with 5 bedrooms on the ground floor. The entire upstairs was a great room with an open floorplan including the kitchen, dining area, and livingroom/den and great views of both the ocean and sunsets on the bay. There was a big screen TV and even a Playstation for the kids. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently redone and were very clean and neat. The bedding arrangements were perfect, accommodating all ages. There were beachtoys including a surfboard, kyak, boogie boards and umbrellas. The beach was beautiful and very private. There were 2 decks facing the ocean, the main one was recently redone with Trex. There was also a rooftop observation deck which afforded spectacular panoramic viewas of both the ocean and the bay. The owner, Tom could not have been more gracious, accommodating, and responsive. We had a particular situation involving a funeral just as our rental began and he was undestanding enough to allow us to postpone the start of our rental for a day. I would highly recommend this house for an extended family or a few couples looking for a fun time at the beach. Thanks Tom for a memorable experience.

The newly renovated house made it an ideal place for a family to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The beautiful beach was just a few steps away and with very few people, it was like our own private beach. Each morning stepping out on the back deck with a cup of coffee looking out on the blues and greens of the ocean calmed my soul! Highly recommend this house if you want to enjoy a beautiful beach without all the crowds.

We rented this property August 14-17. Upon arriving, we quickly realized that the online profile did not accurately reflect the true conditions of the house. Certainly the most egregious misrepresentation was the cleanliness. The foul musk of mildew permeated through the air on the first floor; the floors looked like ones you might find in a bathroom in Penn Station; a water mark compromised the sheetrock in the main hallway; a hairball circled the drain in the common bathroom; and mysterious stains colored the sheets in two of the bedrooms. Not to neglect the upstairs: we discovered black mold in the freezer, someone's half-eaten food in the refrigerator, and several bottles of liquor and beer left behind on what might be a bar-area. Needless to say, we spent the first three hours of our vacation-weekend stripping the beds, scrubbing countertops and toilet seats, and removing old food from the pantry. The view of the beach is certainly beautiful, but we were afraid that if our children had walked on those wooden planks dropped in the sand to form a path towards that beach, they would get there with splinters imbedded in their feet. The exterior of the house is falling apart, and the beach toys were carelessly strewn beneath the deck, which desperately needs to be stained. When we agreed to rent this property, we agreed to rent the house described by the online description, not the filthy, outdated place we encountered. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Great Oceanfront house to vacation in West Hampton Beach. The beach outside this vacation house was extremely relaxing and beautiful. We greatly enjoyed our vacation and this home.
