Four-legged family members are welcome! We provide dog blankets, food and water bowls, and a small dog bed to help your pup feel at home. The oversized fenced backyard offers plenty of space to enjoy the fresh Sedona air together.

The private front courtyard provides another inviting outdoor space. Enjoy morning coffee while taking in the views or settle in with a glass of wine as the evening light changes across the red rocks.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire two-bedroom home, front courtyard, fenced backyard, hot tub and dedicated parking area. The home is one side of a duplex, but the guest accommodation and outdoor living areas are private. The adjoining residence DOES NOT SHARE the backyard, front courtyard or hot tub. A separate exterior laundry room is shared and available upon request. Please contact us if you would like laundry access during your stay. Guests receive a unique keyless-entry code before arrival. Early check-in may be available depending on the departure and cleaning schedule—please ask, and we’ll gladly accommodate it when possible. Checkout is simple, with no lengthy chore list.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of West Sedona, the quaint, quiet neighborhood is close to it all, yet still allows for a private retreat. Open space across the street gives an even more secluded feel



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Sedona, but the home’s convenient West Sedona location puts groceries, restaurants, Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, and nearby trails within walking distance. Dedicated parking is available at the property, and Highway 89A provides easy access to Uptown Sedona and the area’s most popular attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Duplex setting: The home is one side of a duplex. The interior has been soundproofed, and the guest’s home and outdoor areas are private. As with any attached residence, occasional neighboring sounds may be possible. Please help us preserve the peaceful environment by observing quiet hours.

Hot-tub service: The hot tub is professionally serviced on Sundays. If your stay includes a Sunday, the technician may briefly enter the backyard through the side gate.

Laundry: The exterior laundry room is shared and available upon request.

Recycling: The property uses a smart recycling stream, so guests do not need to separate recyclable items from household trash.

Children: Children are welcome. A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available, but the home and outdoor spaces have not been represented as childproof.
