Great property with a great view!

This was a great location for our family of 7. The views from the deck, kitchen and even the master bathroom were amazing! The proximity to Uptown Sedona shops and restaurants was a huge plus since it allowed everyone easy access to do their own thing without us all piling into the car.

Overall the house was great for us. Two couples with a dog and child. House is convenient to uptown( walking distance) and not too from west sedona and good hiking areas. House is just as shown. Very clean with modern upgrades. My only recommendation is to replace the cushions on the outside couch.

This was a great place for our two families of four to stay. We were so glad we could walk to the Pink Jeep office, Tlaquepaque, Hideaway House, and we adults even walked home from a lovely dinner at Mariposa. We enjoyed waking up to the views, reading and playing cards on the porch, and the kids loved sitting in the hot tub during the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed to pack lunches, and we appreciated previous guests and host leaving plastic bags, foil, salt, etc.

House is gorgeous beautiful terraces & patios very comfortable beds & great location. The kitchen is well equipped but could use a kettle to boil water for tea. Lovely stay!

What a great place! Very beautiful! Water pressure was low and didn’t have soaps/extra frills like other vrbo’s we’ve stayed in but the place was really great. I have no idea why Vrbo asked about the winery in this place, but it’s a great place for adults! The “4th bedroom” is an office space with a day bed that is connected to the master bedroom. It’s a bit awkward if a family member would be sleeping in that room since it connects to the big master bedroom and one would have to cross the master bedroom in order to use the rest room. Also there isn’t exactly a door that separates or go downstairs to the main floor. Really great neighborhood! Nice and quiet, but also not far from the action.

This was a great location for us. Three sisters gathering to be together after a family loss. We needed a big breath of fresh air and that is what we got on your deck…even in November. We walked into town to eat and shop which was wonderful.The one draw back was your steep driveway. We parked our car on the flat pad area as offered. Even just walking up and down the driveway with luggage was a challenge. But the effort was worth the view!(Note: this is not an easy access house, our 68 yr old sister walked down the driveway backwards while holding on to the fenced edge…not for everyone)

That View!! The view was so beautiful! We also enjoyed the walk-ability of the rental location to uptown restaurants and shops. Plus, there was easy driving to other popular activities like the Devil’s Bridge and UTV rentals. The home was not only lovely but extremely clean.

The property was beautiful, clean and very spacious. We did have a lil problem with red ants in the kitchen but once we communicated and sprayed insect spray we didn’t have any more problems. Property owner was responsive when I messaged about the problem. I would definitely stay at this location again in the future. Gorgeous view and prime location to downtown Sedona area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this stunning house in uptown Sedona. We literally parked our car for the 2 day trip and were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops in uptown. The house is beautifully appointed and comfortable and offers amazing views of Sedona.

The property is perfect for exploring Sedona! Clean, a great location and stocked with everything you need. The views are amazing and we loved sitting on the deck after a long day of hiking and exploring. We will absolutely stay here again if we return to Sedona!

We had an amazing stay at this Sedona home! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of uptown and walkable to everything. The house itself was very cool, full of character, and perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Whether you're just relaxing or planning to cook a full meal, the kitchen had everything covered. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our time at this property. The home was light and bright, stylishly decorated, and very close to a lot of fun shops and restaurants. It is walkable to those places, but please note that the driveway is a bit steep, in case there are seniors in your group. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and the grill, and every room was extremely clean. When I communicated with the host, she was very quick to respond, and very kind. When we return to Sedona, I anticipate staying here again. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! 6 childhood friends on our annual trip. Perfect location, dinner on the porch and star gazing. Was hard to leave!

My friend and i stayed here for a few days to unwind and chillax. The place didn't disappoint, the walk downtown was maybe 5 minutes or less and we enjoyed the views!

Our group of four stayed very comfortably at this house within short walking distance of Uptown. The views were spectacular. The living space was very comfortable for hanging out. It was perfect for us!

Loved this property- the views are amazing. Beds were comfortable- kitchen was perfect for what we needed. Curiously, there is no soap in any bathroom, so make sure to come prepared with that. Hot tub is a nice addition too- perfect location and beautiful property, loved the decor. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay in Sedona!

The house and views were so lovely! Great location and you can walk to a lot. We were a group of 7 friends and had plenty of room. We didn’t end up using the hot tub. The only thing that was missing was shampoo, conditioner and shower soap so be prepared. The toilet paper was also very thin. We would definitely stay again!

The house was comfortable and stylish. Location is great, 5 minutes walk from Elote Cafe and Sedona shopping. Kitchen is a little cramped but well-stocked. Amazing red rocks views from the living room and front porch area. The only issues we had were that the front door lock was a little temperamental, and there was not enough hot water to have both showers running at the same time. Also, be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo. Nice touch there were sunscreen and water bottles in the house.

We had a great time at this place! We love Sedona and wanted to share it with friends and this house worked out well for us. The communication with the owners was great and the location makes it easy to walk to town. We hope to come out to Sedona again and wed pick this place to stay if we do!

We enjoyed our stay. It is in the best location, just a quick walk to town. The views are amazing and the beds were very comfortable.

Not one negative thing to say about this VRBO. WOW - the view from the deck is breath-taking. The house is very nicely remodeled, its like everything is new and soooo clean. Just walk down the hill and you are in the middle of town. Do yourself a huge favor if you are going to Sedona - STAY HERE!

It was our first time in Sedona and this rental only made the beautiful experience that much better. The home is accommodating, comfortable, and the perfect location for Uptown Sedona. The views from this home are out of this world. Book now!

The home itself was very nice and offered nice accommodations with the front deck and hot tub. The house was overall clean but there were noticeable cobwebs in the corners that we took down. The location was nice and a close walk to downtown. The only drawback was that the house was minimally stocked, there was no body soap or shampoo, which resulted in a late night run to a store. There was no coffee or tea and minimal cookware that had seen better days.
