West Lubbock Townhouse, Near Shopping, Easy Access to Tech & Downtown

Perfect little house for our family while in town for graduation. Easy to get to and close to every where we went. The gouse had everything we needed. Thank you!

Was great stay visiting my girlfriend in Lubbock for the first time! She and I were very impressed with the townhome. It was compared to a 5 star rated hotel stay that we had the same week in Lubbock and hands down we both thought that this space was better than th 5 star hotel charging a hire rate. It was convenient to restaurants, shopping, the University, and bars. No more than 10 minutes from everything you want or need to go to. The space was clean and bright and as advertised. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent host! Loved the handwritten note and snacks left by the host! The townhome was perfect for us - perfect location, ample room and complete with a small fenced back yard for the kids.

Host was very accommodating when I asked to change dates last minute. Great communicator and went above and beyond to ensure my daughter and I had an amazing Thanksgiving. Will definitely return for my next trip to Lubbock.

This was such a great location, felt safe, and was so cozy for our weekend stay! We had everything we needed and loved how cute it was. The game selection was great for our family. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy and Lisa’s property during family weekend. Tracy was communicative and accommodating from start to finish. Early in our visit, one of our children experienced a medical emergency that required hospitalization. Tracy’s compassion and flexibility meant so much to us—he offered to extend our stay by an extra day at no additional cost. We’re deeply grateful for the display of kindness and understanding. Highly recommend this property—the best hosts in LBK!

The duplex was clean and very convenient for our Homecoming weekend stay. Calling it a “Townhouse” is a stretch. It’s a duplex.
