Stayed Oct 16, 2025We were able to get both sides of the duplex for this trip. Both sides have it's own unique style. Both clean and comfy. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely continue to look for this property during our trips to Homosassa!

Stayed Mar 16, 2025We checked into this place and the maid had somehow missed cleaning it. However, the owner was super responsive and corrected it immediately. The location and place was perfect for us. It was in old Florida with access to the river, bike trails and walking distance to a terrific restaurant called the Freezer. We kayaked with the manatees, bike road on trails nearby and ate fantastic seafood. We LOVED this place and all of the location's charm.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025The house is ideal for two people. It was spotlessly clean and well decorated. The owner was responsive to our request for help connecting to the internet and immediately sent his property manager, Jenna, to resolve the issue. We would definitely stay there again.
