After a little walk you will reach the castle of Torreby slott, where you can have your lunch. The castle, as the oldest of the Bohuslän region, is at the same time the clubhouse of the golf-course.

Interesting destinations for excursions are, for example, Norden Ark, House of the Sea in Lysekil, the idyllical fishing villages at the coast or the rock paintings in Tanum.

If you have the intention to go shopping, you will find the largest shopping center of the Bohuslän after20 minutes, near Uddevalla. And if the father will go fishing with his son just at the same time, so he can do so at the river Örekilsälven , where salmons are moving upstream in the water.
