Well-appointed villa with rooftop pool & beach access - 1 block to Coligny Plaza

The whole property was smelling bad. The master bedroom was smelling urine. The door of bathroom was not closing so my 1.5 year old were keep going to toilet because of no door. My son found 2 hairs in his mouth when he jumped on bed first time. Cleaning of property was real issue. There is no light in parking garage not even around elevator. It was very difficult to walk in dark with kids in parking area. Also, someone parked car outside of exit gate and we wanted to go out for dinner, but we were unable to. We called (mentioned security company, but it went to VM.Couple of pros:1. One block from beach2. Pool

Great location! Very clean and mostly well appointed. Bring your own beach towels!! We also packed a few Tide pods and dryer sheets, as well as a few extra zip loc bags and garbage bags that came in handy. There is a Walmart and a Sam’s on the island as well as numerous grocery stores if you need anything else. We bought breakfast food and coffee fixin’s to have in the unit and then we ate out for lunch and dinner, and or had leftovers the next day. Be sure to try Relish near Pope circle if you like Thai food!! Also great for lunch is Nectar, and Coast for dinner. Yum!!!

This was an amazing location. Only a couple blocks to the beach and across the street from Coligny Plaza.

This is a beautiful condo in a great location and I would love to stay there again, but I won't deal with Vacasa unless I have too. I was offered an additional night when I first booked at a great price, but needed to come home. My car broke down while there, and when I had to extend, the great offer was gone. I also had tried to pay for a late check out, and a customer support person confirmed on the phone that it went through, but later I determined that it did not. When I tried to reach someone at the Hilton Head office I was told that I had to deal with national customer support - just very poor support at a stressful time when I was dealing with car issues. This company has potential, but if they continue on as they were for this trip, I will opt to go through a local agency next time. Unfortunately I have several trips booked with them this summer that I can't cancel.

Already thinking about when we can come back. Great size, great location and had everything we needed. We loved the pool being right outside the door and also just being across the street from anything you could want or need.

This is our 2nd stay at this condo - mainly for the location to the beach and restaurants. It is always very clean. Check-out process is a breeze. The parking gate keypad was broken but they eventually just kept the gate open. Only suggestion would be to spend the money to upgrade to a universal remote for the tv. The remotes are old, held together with masking tape. Other than that it is a really nice condo.

Nice condo in a great location!

We were extremely disappointed to arrive to a building under construction and the pool/hit rub closed. We received no forewarning. The common outdoor spaces were wrapped in sheets with red tape and dusty. They were refinishing concrete floors all day, beginning at 8 am. In top of that, the washer and dryer in our unit did not work (we had packed light and needed it) and a bedside lamp was broken. Contact with anyone who could help was slow, and solutions offered were disappointing at best.It has been two weeks and I haven’t received resolution.

Love the room. Second time staying there. The problem was with the gate and elevator. Everyday we had problems with both. Not good for my 85 year old parents.

Property was very nice. Loved the proximity to the pool! Have stayed at this resort for many years and this is one of our favorite units. Only downfall was having to go to rental/management office to pick up arrival package. It would be nice if it would have been in the condo upon arrival. Great vacation and great weather!
