Excellent location with a pool and spa just outside the back patio. The clubhouse, golf and tennis are just a short walk away. The first level offers a comfortable living room with a flatscreen HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a retro kitchen nook for four, a half bath, a wet bar and a two-car garage with washer and dryer. Just outside is a south-facing patio with a new natural gas grill, patio dining for six, and two chaise lounges. Upstairs are two master bedrooms, each with large walk-in closets. One features a queen bed and a private balcony with mountain views. The other master has a king bed and a window nook with gorgeous mountain views.     We stayed at this condo for a month and loved every minute of it, it has everything you need - it’s decorated with new modern furniture and feels just like home. The kitchen has everything you need, and it has a great Weber BBQ. The living room is comfortable with a good-sized TV, cable & the movie channel. The pool is just steps from the back patio which made it very accessible. We are hoping to book this condo for next year. Lori was great to deal with and was very responsive whenever we had questions. We really liked that the bedrooms were upstairs & had their own bathrooms, there is also a half bath downstairs. The community is quiet & secure perfect for walking at night. The golf course is just a two minute walk away. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We enjoy the Palm Springs area and this property is ideally located for activities, shopping, and the sunshine. The fruit picking in the back yard is an added bonus. Grapefruit, oranges & lemons.     I rented the condo for 2 months during the summer and it was perfect! It had everything that I needed and the neighborhood is wonderful. I love that it's gated and is well lit for walking my dog at night The pools are great and all the mature fruit trees are wonderful for making fresh juice. Lori was super helpful at answering all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. I'm already planning to visit again and highly recommend staying here!

    We enjoyed our 2018 stay and look forward to 2019. This is a great location to explore the surrounding area that is Palm Springs to us. Countless day trips or overnights and then back to the comforts of home.

    This condo has everything you need - it’s tastefully decorated and feels very much like home. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home, and a good Weber BBQ too. The living room is comfortable with a good-sized TV and cable. The pool is handy, right off the back patio. We would come back here in a heartbeat. The owners are super responsive and great people too!

    We just wrapped up our second stay at this property and have only good things to say. The townhouse works very nicely for us and we are already looking forward to our next visit. We enjoy the Palm Springs area and this property is ideally located for activities, shopping, and the sunshine. The fruit picking and swimming are an added bonus.     I was relocated for work & needed a long term rental that I could just move my personal items into. I drove out & looked at several homes but when I got home I found this little gem & decided to rent it sight unseen. I was not disappointed, the home is very inviting & had everything I could have possibly of needed for my stay. The pool & hot tub are steps from the back deck & always clean. Really liked that the bedrooms were upstairs & had their own bathrooms, there is also a half bath downstairs.The home is nicely decorated with modern furniture. The community is quiet & secure perfect for walking my dog even at night. The home is located close to everything so I needed including my jobsite. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, & Lori is awesome. I would definitely rent this home again. Thank you again!!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Very easy living. Great access to the pool and spa; relaxing on the patio and balcony; gazing at mountains and palm trees; picking and eating fruit. All good memories. The location allows good drive time to Palm Springs area attractions and day trips. The on site golf course was a major attraction. We are already planning our return visit for 2017.     This 2-bedroom condo met every requirement for our nearly 7-week stay. The layout is great for having house guests and entertaining. We really liked that the two upstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms and large closets, and that there is a downstairs bathroom with a toilet/sink. The large patio with BBQ (no need for fuel tanks as it's plumbed into the fuel source) and table for 6 (as well as outdoor lounge chairs) enhanced entertaining. The pool and hot tub are near the patio and the area is surprisingly quiet. There were many days when we felt as if we had our own private pool. The grounds are immaculately maintained as is the pool area. We hung a hummingbird feeder on a patio shrub and were thrilled to see so many beautiful birds flock to the feeder! The large windows on the main floor bring lots of light into the condo, and there is plenty of seating in the living room for guests. It was a real treat to get up early in the morning and welcome the sunrise from the bedroom window. Cathedral Canyon is so convenient to nearby attractions--and do eat a meal at the Sunrise Restaurant in Cathedral City! The property owner and manager quickly responded to any questions we had about the unit. We were very satisfied with our visit and hope to return next year.
