Welcoming Cottage with Hot Tub - 1 Mile to Windmark Beach

We loved our stay! Cottage was clean and a perfect location close to the beaches and town. It was nice having the swimming pool right outside our door.

Overall a wonderful place to stay. Minor cleanliness issues, and the tub plug would not hold water. Great WIFI, beautiful home, and super convenient with the pool right outside the door. Despite minor inconveniences would highly recommend.

Barefoot Cottages is great as always if you’re looking for a quick and easy trip. This property was great for our family. Very clean and nice. Only issue was with the code on the front door not working, but they were quick to work on it and help us out. I will say though it is stressful to arrive with road weary family and not be able to get inside easily. I’ll also say the pool was nice but very warm. We don’t come for the pool, but we didn’t get in it as much due to that. It’s Florida in summer, so the pools are going to be warm. I did like how this unit is right beside the parking lot and gate to the pool.

This home was the perfect getaway. It was spotless and in a great location. It only took a few minutes to get to a beach access and under ten to reach downtown. I loved being in a gated community because it felt very safe. We can’t wait to go back!

I went for three nights to visit a friend the cottage was a nice cozy and comfortable spot to relax at the end of each day.

The house is so nice. Clean except the floor had sand on it. The WI-FI didn’t work the whole time we were there. We even waited on technician to come out. He even told us that has been an on going issue since end of last year. The tv’s upstairs only work they streaming. Can’t stream with no internet. Dealt with this our entire visit. We were there for 4 days. Tracy on site manager did all she could to help. So if you are going here to vacation an work a little. Want be able to. Will not go back.

Nice place. No internet. Communicated with Vacasa upon arrival on a Tuesday that the internet was not working. It was still not working the next Monday when we left. No internet, no TV. Cell reception is horrible. Vacasa might be good elsewhere, but the local representation was not around much.

Loved our stay! The home was so close to the pool and only a short drive to beach access.

Everything was great. Except was told to be sure to use the parking passes There were none at the property. I was worried my car would get towed.Kind off a hassle getting that problem solved
