Great location. We enjoyed 3 dats if scalloping and sunset walks on the beach. This house is top notch!

Northern Palms is a beautiful home with a private pool directly on the ocean. Our family had the best vacation! Age range: toddlers through age 65. There was a pack & play along with 2 baby gates. The 2 sliding doors onto pool deck had alarms on them although one wasn’t working properly. We had a few minor issues that were addressed immediately and resolved asap. There is a storage room with beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, noodles, cornhole, bocci ball. This home is definitely worth the cost.

Northern Palms is a beautiful beach front home! This house is top notch! Amazing views from every level of the house. The elevator is a great addition. Taylor at VIP was very easy to contact and responded quickly, she went out of her way to make sure we had an awesome vacation. If I could give this place 6 stars I would.

This house was better than advertised!! Very beautifully decorated and a smart design. Lots of “hang-out” space. Great kitchen and den area with huge dining table. Wonderful outside furniture on all decks as well. The kids adored the swimming pool, especially since heated. The beach closet with chairs, floats, and beach toys was amazing! It was so much fun building a small campfire every night on the beach. We had a few needs and technical issues at the house but Taylor and Tyler sprung into action as soon as they heard of our needs. They were so easy to work with and we hope we can bring our family of 10 back again sooner rather than later!

Place is perfect. Great lay out with rooms. Easy access to beach (except storm wash out).Spacious & had everything we needed. Very clean. Quiet & very nice beach.

This property way exceeded our expectations and we had the best time. We have already agreed we want to come back next year. We were looking for a relaxed atmosphere and this home checked off every box .

This was a beautiful, well kept home. It was very clean! We enjoyed the pool and the beachfront location. The property management was easy to communicate with as well.

The house was truly stunning and very well equipped in a great location, we had 3 couples and kids staying in the house and it never felt crowded, we arrived and it was spotless with the prefect set up, pool on the main level and being on the beach it work get for us and the kids, we was sad to cut the trip short due to he hurricane but plan to be back, the host worked with us and gave us a partial refund that was more then fair

The house was beautiful and communication with the property manager was very easy. He was always willing to respond promptly

This house is beautiful. Being right on this gorgeous beach was ideal. We had plenty of room for our family of 9. Had some issues with the WiFi. Got it sorted but working remotely was a challenge. The icemakers have been removed so we had to do an ice run every day. They gave us some free bags at The Trading Post so that was nice. We paid for half of them. The remotes for the ceiling fans in the bedrooms weren’t syncing with the fans but thankfully the AC units work great. There are plenty of beach chairs and games and the pool was awesome! Tylor and Tayler were helpful and quick to respond. We loved the low key vibe of the Cape. First time to this area. Will definitely be back !

This house was absolutely amazing, it had everything we needed and was very clean. The view was spectacular from the back porch and the balconies on each floor. We would definitely rent this house again!

This house is perfect...right on the beach, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you need for vacation. Everything was clean and organized. The kitchen has everything and there is a separate pantry for additional storage. Each family had a floor to themselves which was wonderful and the kitchen, dining, and living room was plenty big for all of us to enjoy. The decks on each level overlooking the beach were an added bonus and all the deck furniture was very nice. Enjoying the deck around the pool looking out over the beach with the ocean breeze was amazing...can't get better than that! The sunsets from the beach here are beautiful. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, and pool toys which was really nice. Our favorite restaurant was Cone Heads. We got groceries from the Piggly Wiggly in Port St. Joe and made trips to the Tradin Post for breakfast sandwiches and additional groceries. This was our first trip to Cape San Blas and it is now our favorite location, very laid back with beautiful white sand and just enough waves for the kids. Our host, Tylor was great, as well as Taylor. A transformer blew the first afternoon that we arrived and knocked out our power. Tylor was quick to get in touch with the electric company and Taylor confirmed an estimated time that the power would be restored. We relayed the info to our neighbors who had not heard back from their host. Thanks VIP!

Great location, great house, great everything! We loved having the pool right outside the kitchen so we could see the kids swim. We were steps away from the beach which was awesome. House was super clean and they had everything he we needed for our big family. Will be back!

This was are first trip to the Cape and we had an unbelievable time celebrating Father’s Day and our middle daughter’s birthday. The house was beautiful and had everything that was needed to make for a great vacation.

This house provided a wonderful and relaxing vacation for my family of twelve. Not only was it well stocked with everything you could possibly need, it was clean and spacious. We had a great time!
