Welcoming Bungalow + Close to Downtown - Clarksville Sundown!

The house was beautiful, well equipped and well stocked with supplies. CheckIn was seamless. WonderfulNeighborhood with plenty of walkable options. Definitely will stay again.

My wife and I loved this place, great location and it had everything we needed for the weekend! I would highly recommend this property to anymore visiting Austin!

This is a cute little bungalow, close to many things (downtown is somewhat walkable, 20 minutes if you can brave the hit). Grocery store and breakfast place next door. Good kitchen.However, the house is old. Hinges are begging for WD40. And the air conditioning system is loud. Very loud, with vents right above both beds. If you’re looking for a good night sleep, adjust your expectations.

Stay was a Saturday to Monday. Heat out all day Sunday & Monday. Temperature outside was 41 and inside was 59. Reimbursed 221 of total bill of 773. Aside from that, the house was very nice!

Fantastic location, definitely recommended. We were in town for the marathon and this was the perfect spot. Easy to get to pretty much everything. Easy walk to many local restaurants & shops.

The cute home was very clean, had comfortable furniture and bedding, and is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to restaurants, downtown, and the UT campus. We really liked the open kitchen/living area and split bedroom arrangement. A suggestion would be to create a smooth surface path from the driveway to the front entrance, and on the steps to the side courtyard. The current gravel with exposed steel edging was a real challenge to navigate. We enjoyed our stay.

This was my second stay at Clarksville Sundown. As before, the place was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Highly recommended!

This was a PERFECT place for the two adult couples traveling together. There were restaurants in walking distance. Parking space for our vehicle. Easy access to downtown Austin and the University area. Easy access to major roads to travel to outlying areas. Clean, clean, clean. Great communication with the host and easy keypad access to the house. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Ample provisions. Great spot for adults and small children that do not need lots of outdoor space.

Enjoyed it! Very clean and was able to do an early check in. Cute neighborhood with lots to offer and very walkable.

TH kitchen was very clean and had a large counter space for us to sit at and eat all of our meals!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Austin! The host was kind enough to give us early access, which made our arrival so much easier. The home was spotless when we arrived, and everything was just as described in the listing. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable—we all slept so well. Beautiful home just as pictures show. Best kitchen appliances and cookware ever encountered in a vacation home after 20 years of renting around the world. Clear instructions once we were in the home (received erroneous door entry code prior to arrival which was a bit frustrating in sweltering heat but had quick call back to provide correct one) and everything was clean, tidy and in good working order. Great homebase for our trip to Austin!

We had a great stay at Clarksville Sundown. Wonderful neighborhood, very safe and conveniently located. I lived in Clarksville in the late 80s, so I was familiar with the area. The home was very clean and comfortable. I've already booked a return trip later this year.

This was our first trip to Austin but we don’t intend for it to be our last. We love Austin. We found the property very welcoming and so conveniently located. If I were to make any suggestion for improvement, it would be to add some drawer storage to the primary bedroom. But overall, it was a great trip!

Cute house and loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. The location was fantastic as it offered a short walk to some great food and drink and also breakfast in the morning. It was also great being so close to downtown Austin. We had a great stay here and I would recommend it to others who are visiting Austin with friends.

Stayed with my 2 daughters. Centrally located so everything was within 10 mins. Property was exactly as stated. Communication with manager was excellent. Would def recommend and will stay again.

Great location, perfect stay for family. Walking distance to Grocery, 6th street and more. Stayed for UT football game and everything is either walkable or very short drive. Would stay again!

Great Place to stay.

Communication and check in was easy. The home was beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. We walked to get dinner the first night. Everything worked well for our short stay here.

We enjoyed a long weekend away from the busyness of downtown but walking distance to several great restaurants, a coffee shop & convenience store. Nice quiet n neighborhood.
