Everything was wonderful! What an amazing house!

The location was perfect - you can easily walk the entire town. Everyone walked to different coffee shops in the morning. Also a perfectly sandwich and grocery store right across the street! The size of the house was ideal for our group (9 adults and 8 kids), which is rare. Each adult or couple had their own bedroom with a private bathroom—almost unheard of! The hot tub was the cherry on top.The bunk room fit all of the kids perfectly, and there was plenty of space downstairs for them to play and watch TV. It worked out great because the kids could hang out downstairs while the adults enjoyed time upstairs.Only complaint (not really a complaint since we were super grateful the house allowed us to bring our dogs) is we couldn’t find any dog bowls.We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful home, very clean. Was a little noisy being right on the street. A couple sinks were clogged so they didn’t drain well and the fire place had a lot of black build up so you couldn’t see the actual fire . All around it was a good stay and beautiful home.

Check in was very easy, we were emailed the code 2 hours before check-in. The kitchen was great!! Our only complaints was the very small kitchen sink for that large of a kitchen. It has everything in the kitchen you could need, but the drawers and cabinets all need to be cleaned. Some of the bowls and cookie sheets were dirty. Very stocked. Also I emailed the hosts to find out any specific instructions as to what we needed to do on check out, but we never received a response.

House was great! Easily accommodated our party if 15. Lots of space. Well equipped kitchen for large parties. Great location! Clean and had everything we needed. Definitely bookmarking for future stays.

We just simply loved it, close to town but far enough away to be quiet. Easy walk to groceries etc.

We had the most unbelievably uplifting time. The lodge was absolute bliss. The snow on Christmas Day added to the pure enchantment. Everything was wonderful, the hosts are easy to communicate with and respond. This is such a fantastic inspiring way to spend Christmas with family and reconnect we will definitely be back back

This was the perfect winter getaway and was exactly what we wanted. The house was perfect: so clean, spacious, teen and adult friendly and close walk to town. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets! Would for sure stay here again.

Franz house was a wonderful place to stay in Leavenworth. It was quiet and a short walk to downtown.

This property was everything we wanted, needed and more. We celebrated a birthday with family and friends and everyone had a comfortable bed, plenty of bathrooms and you just can't say enough about the location. Steps from a wonderful grocery store and 2 blocks to all the action of town. Our dogs loved walking along the river which was just a few blocks down the street. Can't wait to come back!

We had the best time. The home was gorgeous and so spacious. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The beds were comfortable and we loved all the bathrooms. The location was perfect. So easy to get to everything.

We have a large group and the stay is wonderful. Everything is clean and new! Highly recommend

We had a company retreat and stayed in both the Hans and Franz lodges and can't say enough great things about them! don't hesitate to book these lodges!
