This is now our 7th year staying at Villa Rosa and it just keeps getting better and better! It truly is 'home away from home'. Alex, the host, is always so helpful and thoughtful, the home is beautiful and in the perfect location. Can't wait to be back soon!

We had a fabulous time. There was more than enough room for everyone. We really appreciated the extra outdoor chairs and tent.The house was exactly as described-we hated to leave. 5 stars!

This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back. The area was beautiful and very family friendly if you’re looking for a relaxing beach vacation. Alex was prompt in responding to any of my questions beforehand and made sure everything was taken care of during our stay.

We had an amazing week at Villa Rosa! This property had everything you could possibly need, excellent location, great views, easily accessible and by far the best Host. It was the easiest check-in and check-out experience I have had in years. Alexander made a point to check in on us as well! Thank you the wonderful hospitality, we look forward to coming back.

We loved our stay at this property; it's right on the ocean front with a lovely deck facing the sea. Walk out of the back door onto a beautiful sandy beach. The house was comfortable and the kitchen well equiped. Very close to Vilano Beach shops; we'd walk into town along the beach almost everyday for coffee, pastries, or a quick trip to the grocery store. Our family would live to stay here again.

Villa Rosa is absolutely our favorite place to stay during our annual winter vacation in St. Augustine. This home is welcoming, clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and the Rose family are thoughtful and responsive hosts. So wonderful to be right on the beach and be able to listen to and watch the changing moods of the ocean. The kitchen is well proportioned and stocked in terms of dishes and cooking utensils. The open concept kitchen/dining room/living room provides great ocean/beach views from each space. The deck is large and the deck furniture is very comfortable. The 4 bedrooms are charming with comfortable beds, bedding, and peaceful colors. Parking is easily accessible and accommodates multiple cars. Villa Rosa is a treasure!!

The home was perfect for our after Christmas beach getaway! The home was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay; amenities and items for the beach! We had minor issues with the Internet, but Alexander was very prompt in responding to the issue. The home is perfectly located right on such a beautiful beach and it made for a great stay!

The property was amazing and was exactly as listed. The beach access was incredible. Access to amenities, activities and food was super convenient. The home was comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely select this property again.

This home has everything you need for your stay. Always well stocked. We had 6 adults and two small children. It was the perfect size for us. This was our second stay at this home. Communication with the owner is always easy and he is quick to respond.

Our stay at Villa Rosa was fantastic. A perfect spot for our week-long family beach vacation. The back deck backs right up to the beach, and the location on the beach was very private and didn't get busy like some of the public access areas. The home is spacious with everything you could need in the kitchen, plus plenty of beach equipment in the garage, which was perfect for us since we flew down for the trip.Alexander was extremely responsive to our needs and even ordered new beach chairs when one of the ones we were using broke. Fantastic service, great space, only about a 10 minute drive from all the bars and restaurants on St. Augustine, and then Publix that was about 2 minutes down the road saw us each day of the week.Highly recommend this stay for any family or friends looking for an easy, laid back week.

It was fun

The location is perfect - directly on the beach which is nearly private. The clean home is set up to provide privacy, if wanted, but having comfortable common areas. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was great for the adults, while the kiddos shared a bathroom downstairs between their bedrooms. This will not be our last visit here, since it has all the amenities needed for a great week. Along with the beach, we enjoyed all nature has to offer: dolphin sightings each day (a huge pod of 12 entertained each day), a turtle nest right in front of us, a sea turtle laying her eggs on the beach, crabbing, water birds…what an experience!

Alex is a great host, always replies to any questions or requests. This was our third consecutive family stay and always is a wonderful time. Plan on going again next year with the family.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Loved the house and the location. We spent most days enjoying the beach and exploring the area in the evening. The house was so well located-close to everything we wanted to do. Alexander was an excellent host who responded quickly to our needs. We plan to come back next year!

Great location. Close to Publix and St Augustine restaurants and museums a short car ride.The house was comfortable and well equipped. Beachfront and Beautiful!

The location on and access to the beach are wonderful. Alex was very responsive - we had a problem with the BBQ and he dealt with the issue immediately. Great times sitting on the deck wat ching the dolpins and just relaxing.
