We had 10 team members of our woman’s senior softball team staying. Convenient location and house has lots of character. Would rent again.

Cute little home, perfect for out of town families who are in town for softball/baseball tournaments. We loved that we were so close to the fields and Whiskey Row. Very clean, fun games for everyone to enjoy.

Had everything we needed and more! Fine for 8 adults (a bit tight on bathroom space, but we made it work) - If you are traveling with kids, it's a very nice setup for them too! Beautiful backyard, with many amenities. Close to everything Prescott has to offer.

My girlfriends and I had such a nice time! The house was amazing, clean and super close to Whiskey Row. We will definitely stay again!

From beginning to end the they exceeded our expectations. They were extremely communicative, very accommodating and very timely with any questions we had. The property is very spacious inside and out as well as very clean inside and out. I would recommend this location to anyone for a vacation, vacation or family gathering. We had an amazing time and should we decide to visit Prescott again we would certainly use this location if it were available again.

Great backyard. Spacious house. Clean.

I had all my adult kids and their significant others. Had a phenomenal weekend and the house was amazing. Close to Whiskey Row and places to eat. Highly recommend.

Ideal location to downtown. Owners were great and very attentive to our needs.

We started here this weekend for our son’s graduation from ERAU. The location was perfect. We easily walked to whiskey row. There also also several restaurants near by. The house was very spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Perfect stay for our Thanksgiving travels. The home was comfortable and roomy for our extended family traveling together. The location was perfect. We all had a great time.

Loved this little place. Nice quiet area of Prescott but close to the huddle and bustle of Whiskey Row.

Worked out well as we had one extra bed that was available for friend who experienced being followed by a car on her way to her rental, contacted police, but no longer felt safe, called our daughter (her friend) and she stayed with us for the 4 nights. BTW, one more bathroom would help ;)
