The spacious family friendly home with views of Thumb Butte!

This is a large comfortable home with lots of living space, two patios and a lovely dining gazebo. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. The neighborhood is quiet, set amongst pines and boulders and close to the scenic Thumb Butte. It's just a quick drive into downtown Prescott. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and hope to return again someday.

Our family was celebrating 60 years coming to America from Scotland. We had family members traveling from California, Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Connecticut, New Jersey, Scotland and England. Our accommodations at the Thumb Butte property were perfect. Dining inside or outside the property was the perfect size for us. It was a 5 minute drive to downtown Prescott where we spent our time going to the rodeo, watching the parade, shopping in the local town center, dancing at the local tavern (Jersey Lily's) or hiking up Thumb Butte. There was plenty do see and do for everyone! We would definitely recommend this property for a large family gathering!

Excellent location. Fully stocked home. Great backyard. We had an amazing stay with family and would recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

We were in town to drop off our daughter at Embry-Riddle, starting her freshman year. We were minutes away from the college. We loved downtown Prescott, as well. Lots to see and do! A great area, and an awesome property with a TON of room! We plan to use this property agains whenever we're in town. ??

We had 10 family members in town for a 50th anniversary celebration and they were all very satisfied with house (the listing says 12, but the five bedrooms only accommodate 10 so two would have to sleep on a sectional sofa in the open living room). The large kitchen is very well appointed with everything you'll need for a large group meal in the dining room or out on the side patio. The house has a secluded back and side yard surrounded by nature at the foot of Thumb Butte. We will definitely use this house again if we have a large group visiting from out of town.

Great experience. So clean and simple to settle in

Located a little distance from the town square but easy to find with ample parking spaces for up to 4 cars. Large kitchen, five bedrooms with extra-large master suite. Three full baths with plenty of towels. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent value.

The house was well-equipped with extra linens, supplies, and everything you can imagine. You could see Thumb Butte from the backyard/courtyard. My friends and I had a great time visiting here for new years.

This home is large enough to accommodate 10 adults comfortably. Two separate living areas is nice. Neighborhood is quiet and nice. The 3 bathrooms were great. The down side, decor needs to be updated, kitchen utensils were not the best, found Cheese-It’s and a small toy in living room floor, 2 black widow spiders inside and one outside, the front of the house windows had lots of spider webs on them and not very clean, had to call for more toilet paper as only one extra roll was available and worst of all my aunt fell down the kitchen stairs that don’t have any type of slip guard strip on them and bike her hip. Ambulance was called and they had to transport her to hospital where she had surgery. Property management didn’t show much concern and inly called once to find out outcome of her fall.

We have stayed here before with our family so we knew what to expect. Great layout, plenty of space, great location and a great property management team. There was a minor cleaning issue that came up a few days after our stay, but Brenda helped get everything resolved quickly. Definitely recommend staying at this wonderful home!!
