The property was as pictured. There was enough room for all of us. The dock, kayaks and the paddle board were fun. We fished off the dock.We came from Massachusetts to visit Busch Gardens and Water Country. The property had plenty to do if you have a down day or just want to relax, read play games. The yard is a good size too.

This place is absolutely amazing. So wonderful to have 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and NO BUNK beds. Yuck!! View was beautiful. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful home. Very well cared for and very clean and well equipped Many tasteful amenities. Bed was most comfortable. Snack basket was a bonus. And the view of the river was unsurpassed. Just a really great place to spend some quality time getting away. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely go back!Tom and Marty

Lovely stop over on our way to family. Beautiful home decorated for the holidays and had all the amenities we needed plus little snacks! We got to the a beautiful sunset off the dock and our twins got their own rooms and bathroom. It would’ve cost more to get two rooms at Williamsburg hotel. So happy we got to stay here! Would love to stay the week during summertime! Beautiful home and location!

Gorgeous quiet property, clean and well appointed with additional small touches to make for a lovely welcome and stay (eg coffee to get started, shower gel/soap, clocks in bedrooms, nightlights, railings for stairs into property which was really helpful having my 87yr mother with me who has some mobility challenges). Wonderful (lit) dock to enjoy, watching the world (and egrets!) go by. Fabulous local country store nearby and a great central location for exploring the area. Very responsive host. Looking forward to going back!

We had a splendid stay in this beautiful waterfront property. The house and everything in it are super clean. The attention of the host to details to make it comfortable is simply amazing. The owner responded to communications promptly and provided helpful information about places and restaurants to visit. We enthusiastically recommend this home to everyone.

The description of the property does no justice once you arrive. It’s very quiet, as clean as can be, and everything that is listed is correct. There is now a beautiful new pier in the back yard for easy launching of the kayaks, which the kids enjoyed every afternoon. The owners were very easy to communicate with during our stay and were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was great! The host gave us all the information we needed, and the property was amazing. We spent plenty of time talking and reading out on the water while enjoying the view. This property is quiet and fairly secluded but also doesn't feel far from food and entertainment. We loved our stay and would recommend this location to anyone!
